Expensive! I also believe that you get what you pay for. I have purchased two different jackets over the past 6 months. The staff are very knowledgable and patient. I walked in explaining what I wanted the jacket for and they picked out a few options. I spent maybe 15-20 minutes each time trying to decide which one fit the best. The staff member stayed with me the whole time and never rushed me. Very refreshing!
