third time was it .. never felt so unwanted , first time they said my innsurance was canceled it wasnt , the second time they were fine no problem third time , she (amanda) was so rude and unhelpful I was treated like a bother, agravated I said I should go back to Wal-Mart , she said go ahead doesnt matter to me .. wow, I work customer service too,, I would never tell a customer that. I am sorry for the rest of your customers of this is how your employees treat people . just thought you should know .so sad .

Worst schnucks around. Terrible customer service. Waited in line forever to pay my electric bill only to be told they have some stupid machine that does it for you only to find out it doesnt even accept cards or company checks. Ridiculous!! The lady stood there eating and just told me to go to a different schnucks. So glad I dont shop here.

Normally super busy, call ahead if you dont want to wait. If you ask, they may be able to get you a better price than your insurance. Schnucks had better prices on some stuff, but they dont have discounts on everything.
