Incompetent. Came to get my moms post op pain meds and gave the kid the script, said I would wait, sat down on the bench in front of the window, 15 minutes later the actual pharmacist asks if I took it back. I said no and they said they lost it and I (and subsequently my ailing mother) had to wait for the dr to call and verify. Most incompetence Ive ever experienced at a pharmacy.

How come when ever I go in here the Checkers are grumpy and have a frown on their face and look like they would like to be somewhere else. I always go to the self checkout line. You would think they would know that the self checkout lines are going to eventually make them unemployed...
