I thought Walmart, Walgreens, & any other large pharmacy was horrible. But Olive street pharmacy is by far the worst. The first time my script was filled they had a problem with the insurance but we got through it. The second time I need to refill my script no one wants to take responsibility for their job. Im told that when I leave a message and Im told it does not get returned until the next day. (I left them a message before noon). Per the pharmacist theres only 1 that works there and its her. Also she stated that the owners are not pharmacists and they dont know how to run a pharmacy. All I wanted was someone to call me back so I would know what was going on with my script. They need to get it together and take responsibility for their actions or lack of.

Just to tell you how nice the ladies are that run the pharmacy I went in there driving 30 minutes from Lake St Louis my credit card was declined because it was $3 short and they said dont worry about it take your medication will see you in a few weeks they are the best. Much love to the pharmacist and the pharmacy reps
