I love the shoe fitting process! Barb helped me and she was so helpful, informative, and fun. I really felt helped & heard. I couldnt believe there is a place you can go to talk about what it is like to be in running shoes & how that experience can be the best experience possible. Bard taught me all about feet & my feet in general, had me try a few pairs of shoes, had me try them with one shoe on one foot & a different shoe on the other, to help me decide, and run in them! Once I decided, she taught me how to best tie my shoes to meet the structure of my foot & reduce any discomfort I might typically have with shoes. She also put strong tape on the inside of my toe area because I am, as she described, a "toe popper" - which is why my shoes get holes in them where the toe pops up while running or walking. All in all, I would highly recommend. I love my shoes and I love the difference in makes in my exercise. Barb even spoke into my running plan, affirming my process and even gave me a paper on training. So glad for fleet feet!!

I love how fleet feet has a fit process and their staff takes their time in explaining it and they wont stop trying with you until your feet have met their match. In my last visit barb helped me out, we tired on several air of shoes to find the "right" feel for me, 4 to be exact. All 4 felt great on my feet but #4 was the one. She could have stopped at the first pair as I was happy with how it felt but instead she wanted me to know that there was more options available instead of settling for the first pair. This location always has great customer service and everyone treats you like family the moment you walk in. I also love how you can get ALL of your running/walking needs all in one stop. Clothes, hydration bottles, lights, nutritionalso, etc. I highly recommend shopping at fleet feet as I know you will receive the same great care that I was given.

I was recommended by my doctor to Fleet Feet because of plantar fasciitis. As soon as I walked in your store Val greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help me. She took the time to explain what was going on with my foot while precisely measuring my foot and instep. She watched me walk to determine what would by my best solution. She explained why inserts would help me and what shoes would probably be most comfortable and beneficial. After trying on several pairs of shoes with the inserts, I selected a pair that was so comfortable that I felt as if I could have walked home in them! Val was so professional and "knew her stuff" (and Im guessing everyone on staff is the same way). I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. My first visit to Fleet Feet will definitely NOT be my last.

I am diabetic and have an extremely tough time finding shoes. I loved the fact that your reps take the time to measure my feet in a variety of ways, investigate whether their product is supporting my foot correctly and spend the time watching me walk/run in their product to verify it is a proper fit. I never knew shoes stored did all of that and my brother introduced me to your store. Once I got tried the shoes on I was amazed they are the best fitting most comfortable shoes I have ever worn in my life and my heel pain and ankle pain is now gone. I have already recommended the store to all of my family and friends and will definatley be back. Thank you very much for providing such a great store and service

I was SO PLEASED with my first experience at Fleet Feet. Id been having foot pain after I started exercising so my trainer suggested I visit here to have my feet examined and custom-fit for a shoe/insert. Since money is tight (and Im an avid Amazon shopper) I had planned to purchase online after finding out what the best fit was for my feet. HOWEVER, the associates were so extremely friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and funny that I just HAD to purchase in the store. It just goes to show you how big an impact your sales associates can have on purchases. Could not recommend more highly! :)

My salesman was very thorough. He made some great recommendations and helped me realize that my weight loss had taken me out of a 4E width and down to a regular D width. I have gone for a run in my new shoes and they were great. Much better than the shoes I had bought online to save a few bucks. I am aware that I can get these same shoes cheaper elsewhere, but I wont get the type of expert service I always get at Fleet Feet. Thanks for the great shoes and great experience!

I love that the employees truly want to help me find a product I will love and get the most use of. The quality of the product is great but it is truly the customer service that keeps me coming back. Customer Service was awesome. I found the shoes I bought for $30 less on the internet, but appreciated the service enough to spend the extra to support Fleet Feet, a local company, and because of the knowledge, service and friendly help I received. They are always willing to help and advise. There is something to say about face to face communication. You do not get this from the internet.

Instead of going to my Chiropractor for leg, back and foot pain I heard good things about Fleet Feet. So I went into the St Charles branch and was greeted by Hannah. She took the time to help me find where it was coming from. She fitted me with arch supports specific to what I needed and explained why I needed them. Hannah and all the staff were extremely knowledgable and friendly.

We very much appreciated the opportunity 60 day return policy. My daughter had some discomfort that she felt as she began wearing her new shoes and Fleet Feet happily let us switch them out for another pair even though she had already worn them.
