I bought a new glove there saturday and while I was playing catch that day, a lace broke. I called in on sunday and Jason told me to bring it in to see if it could be repaired or they would just give me a new glove in exchange. When I got there they said they didnt have black laces and it was a complicated fix and to just get a new glove. Unfortunately they were out of the model I had just purchased. I offered up a upgraded model that was $10 more than the one I paid and Jason exchanged it out for me at no charge! Great selection and an honest staff.

We have been coming to Play It Again Sports for a number of years, for both my son and daughter for equipment. They have reasonable prices for both new and used equipment and they also buy back equipment. Would recommend to anyone comma and also to anyone whos just getting started in a sport so they dont get hit with big cost up front, particular if theyre just trying a new sport out and theyre not sure if theyre going to stick with it.

It was great experience because they honest and fair about what they know and they dont know. I went thwre to get new wheels for my inline skates. Their store is very organized and employees are very insightful. I will come here again due to their inventory. I saw a couple of puching bags that peeked my interest.

Lots of stuff, not a lot of help. If you have questions, dont count on getting any assistance. If you know what you want and dont want to be bothered, this is the place to go. Theres a big selection so if you need it, they most likely have it.
