I tried to call to see if they carried a scope I was looking for and get some pricing if they carried it, but could never get anyone to help me out. First call I was directed to archery, but that gentlemen didnt even try to help just attempted to transfer me and in the process hung up on me. I called a second time and was put on hold. After 5 minutes I hung up and figured a store that treated customers like this via phone isnt worth wasting my time on. Cant say if their customer service is any better in store, but by phone its non-existant.

I just discovered this new sporting stop. I bought a very reasonably priced spinning rod and reel combo. I like that the store has knowledgeable and helpful staff. They even have a service to put fishing line on your new reel (all line but braided). Close to the river they also, sell live bait. I saw hunting and other items there, but fishing is my thing. No need to drive all the way North for the big commercial outfits--Denny Dennis has what this Fisher woman needs.

When the father-in-law calls and asks you to pick up cannon fuse on the way over to his house, theres only one place around that I know Im going to find exactly what I need. Staff is nice and knowledgeable, their inventory is ridiculously encompassing, and their facility is well kept. My only minor issue is knowing the internet exists and pricing isnt as competitive, however, when you need cannon fuse TODAY to save Independence Day, Denny Dennis is the place to go.

Price are like everything else, negotiable. I have bought several firearms, ammo, etc. there and well I always ask if they can do anything on the price be it new or used. I know the price I am interested in paying when I walk in and well like any other business they want to make money. Do you ever pay the asking price for a car? Only reason I took away a star is because it gets busy in there and some times its hard to get help.

Great family owned business. You go into Bass Pro and you get a teenager who has never used the equipment. At Dennys they take the time to ensure you know exactly where every dollar is going so you dont want out of there with 100 items that dont work but a few that will last a litetime. Quality over quantity and individualized service. Keep at it and thanks!

Ive been coming here since I was a kid. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of firearms, hunting, and fishing equipment. Their prices are surprisingly cheaper than a lot of big business stores like Cabelas and Basspro; I say this because they are small business. I highly recommend this hidden treasure in Fenton.

i like this place. but the employees in the archery section always seem too busy to help. i was gonna buy some hunting gear after work and a few items for my bow. i guess i looked like a poor homeless man with all the chimney soot all over me because they avoided me like the plague. weirdos.

Been here 3 times and each time the guys behind the gun counter just stand around talking to each other while Im looking. I have never been approached or asked for help. Will not be going back. They have lost 2 gun sales because of this, thankfully I found the guns cheaper elsewhere.

These guys have been around a long time. I bought a couple of Kimber 45s from them. Great prices. I always had great service from Denny Dennis. I do not bother to shop Cabellas or Gander Mountain . For my reviews are pure ,and come with a lot of expierence

they have lots of new and used guns at very fair prices.the entire staff knows what they are talking about,and they seem to have everything that anybody else has.the only thing I wasnt crazy about was some of the hunting ammo prices.
