The Olivette store at Price and Olive has a terrible pharmacy. We have had not just poor service but have been misled by the pharmacy. Last week, May 4, we called to have the pharmacy call the provider to obtain the transfer of a prescription my daughter needed. We told them she was just out of the hospital and really needed the drug. They said would call and let us know when we could pick it up. We called later in the day and they said they did not have time and "by the way, it takes us 2 days for a prescription transfer". Call back Tuesday they said. First, they never told us that and in fact clearly told us it could be done right away. Second, when we went to the store to retrieve the prescription they could not find it. Then they found it but had never called to make the transfer. Meanwhile, my daughter had been suffering all day thanks to CVS and the uncaring pharmacy. We took it to another pharmacy, they called, it was transferred and we got the medicine right away. This is not the first problem with this pharmacy. They had a "district person" call us about the first issue. Never heard back from CVS. I urge everyone to find another pharmacy to deal with to avoid this pattern of lack of caring and concern for customers. Since they did not have to work to earn our business, (Express Script refugee) they just dont seem to care.What a shame.

ExtraCard Fraud. I had made a purchase and the Cashier (#0950133) used their own ExtraCare card for my purchase. Not only that, I wasnt offered one to begin with. I can see at the bottom of my receipt that this particular cashier has racked up 67.46 in spending for this year (probably when the manager isnt around). I can see this being ok if I was offered one, but I wasnt. Also, I tried calling BOTH contact numbers on their website, during business hours, but neither of them go through. Not only that, they dont even have an email address on their website, so currently the only contact method is BY MAIL, or to call the store directly. The only thing they had better than Walgreens is opening an hour earlier, but on second thought, I dont think its worth it. I will not be returning to this location or any CVS/Pharmacy.

Always very helpful in the pharmacy, especially after having to transfer all my prescriptions from Walgreens. I appreciate all the calls and texts to keep me on top of my many meds and to let me know when they are ready. The rest of the store staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I never make it to Walgreens anymore--this store is more comfortable (maybe its the carpeting!) and less chaotic than the different Walgreens I have gone to.

Wonderful employees! They greet you when you enter the store and they are very helpful and cheerful. Somtimes check out is a little slow but it looks to me like they could use more associates because the ones they have are working hard. I am thrilled that Walgreens finally has some competition and CVS has been a wonderful alternative. Their coupons and CVS card have saved me money and are awesome, I highly recommend this store.

I remember bringing my dad here to get his influenza shot. My dad used a wheelchair for mobility and I forgot to bring his. One of the pharmacist came out to the car and gave him his shot. Another time they were out of a product I needed and after calling around the manager actually went herself and picked it up for me. I will always be a customer at CVS because they really do care.

Everything was fine. Not exceptional but better than these reviews would have you believe.... and seriously... who complains about exxtra care fraud or whatever... sounds like management complaining and not a real customer. Id love it if they gave me the discount without having yo sign up.

Love the Pharmacy at this CVS. Probably one of the more friendly pharmacists in town, keep up the good work and I will be switching from Walgreens over to CVS from now on thanks to the outstanding pharmacist they hired at this location. She is great!!!!

Worst store ever! They lost my pictures more than once of sending them! They dont treat there customers very well never feel like shopping there is welcome. The employees are always rude! Never going to this store again

All the personnel are very friendly and give a great customer service. Best store ever. The store manager Joe, is super professional and friendly. I love this store.
