When I first did the online order for Grocery pick up- I was disappointed. I waited a long time, no explanation was given, and it was just very inconvenient. The girl who brought out my groceries was very kind, and apologized so I was over it. I received a call from Meisha, the manager of this department and she was very kind and helpful. She said she would send me a gift card that day for my bad experience. I was blown away. What great customer service! Well a week or so passed by, nothing came... I called. She apologized and said she will send a new one. Well weeks have passed, nothing... so I called again and asked to speak to Meisha. The woman who answered was VERY rude. She said NO Meisha is not here and we dont send gift cards simply because you had to "wait" sometimes that happens and it is what it is. Once again, I am reminded why I didnt like Wal Mart in the first place. :(

Will start taking my business to hwy k now... last few times I have had nothing but attitudes from associates.. this last experience I walked in to check an item to see if I was my mistake or a mistake in the book in automotive on part number... this older guy straight up gave attitude from the start and called me a lier... I just politely put my jacket back on.. and walked out instead of saying what I wanted.. hwy k Walmart is closer to me however drive further to Lake st. Louis.. but Ill just drive closers from now on.. very disappointed in the experience today... I wasnt expecting a refund I was trying to see if it was my error or a book error... and the whole experience still went south.

Horrible the shelves were bare no help around to find stuff so you lost out on money on both of those the only person I found to help me was Roxana she really help me find a phone case but its great for me and what I need the cashier was okay but not as friendly as most of them are but she did a good job ringing things up and getting us out of there after all the trouble we had I also had to return a couple items there was a manager over the front end who was fantastic she was trying to do her job and who returns I wish I would have gotten her name but I didnt all I can say is youre losing money because youre not stocked and understaffed

Typical Walmart. Clean facilities. They need to put hand baskets and carts near the entrance to the Tire and Auto. If you enter from there, either grab a cart outside or plan on heading to the front. The two older gentleman working sporting goods and the Auto center are always helpful. You can drop your used motor oil at this location at the Auto counter. This location is frequently low on stock of food items so dont bank on always getting all of your grocery shopping finished here. Know the hours before you try to enter at the plan and garden doors. I see a lot of folks head for those doors only to find them locked.

Have had issues with a certain customer service manager in the past he didnt seem like a good fit for a customer service position much less a manager. He is rude and doesnt seem to like people in general. Also when I ordered a wedding ring from site to store. It took staff over an hour to find it in the store. I had to argue with a lady manager that it was in the store because she was refusing to look for it. I persisted they look and they did find it. It seems to me its poorly trained management. This review is for the veterans memorial location

Could be better but like most Walmarts and the corporate office they wont listen to the people who shop there, they say they are there for the customer but when you try to make the experience better for yourself and others they never listen to what you have to say. Not only that but you practically have to climb the shelves for the product you need because it is always too far back and there is never an associate in site when you need one.

I just went to this Walmart today. I was at the self check out. I noticed that the V8 I bought was leaking. The person in the check out asked me if I want another one, so she asked her co worker named Morgan if she can get one. But Morgan told her she needs to do something and another co worker that was standing there has to be with her. So I ended up getting the V8.... Walmart you need to train your employees about customer service.

Ive been standing outside of the wireless center inside of the lake st louis Wal-Mart and it has been about almost 30 minutes. Ive seen at least 5 managers pass by me and not ONE has asked me if I needed help or anything. All of them look at me and I dont even get a smile. Its pathetic. I understand its Christmas Eve but the least they can do is ask me if I need help or if Im looking for something. Not the best or the friendliest.

This is by far the finest Walmart store I have ever shopped. Well stocked, clean, neat, easy to get around. Deli is great. Bakery is great. Entrance and exits at all three sections are very clear and easy to use. I even witnessed front end managers keeping an eye out and clearing away those people who double park in front of the store. Overall, I get the feeling that management at this store is a step above all other Walmarts.

This store is a traditional Supercenter with everything from cloths and accessories, outdoor and hunting gear, toys, and full grocery store. Have been in the store many times and never noticed it being unclean. That being said, its a massive store with hundreds of customers a day. Not the cleanest environment youre going to find. Never had a problem with an employee, average experience. Overall, not a. As store. 4 stars.

Not usually a Walmart shopper, but stopped in to pick up something quick. I took $20 out at the self checkout, but forgot to take the cash. Realized it on my trip home, and turned around to get back to the store 20 minutes later. Cash was gone, but the staff looked at the video and just gave me the $20 out of the register! Person that took my cash sucks but the staff at this Walmart is great!

I had a good experience except when I went to leave it looked like what was managers speaking to some men pulling rolling coolers standing around in front of the exit and I had to make my way around them with my full cart. They didnt move out of the way which I thought was very rude. They definitely look like managers of the store. This was about 8:30 in the morning.

Apparently they dont do returns (on Christmas Eve) until 7. One of the busiest days. Our walmart does them at the register when customer service is closed. Instead everyones standing around doing nothing and we have to stand and wait 5 minutes until exactly 7am to return our items. Terrible customer service.
