I will never go to this target again! I tried once again to give this place a shot yesterday. I didnt even go into shop I ordered what I needed online it was one piece of piece of clothing, a baithing suit. I waited almost 20 minutes behind several of their families just to pick up my order that was already paid for. I finally get up to the front I give her my ID show her my order even. And then another woman who had just gotten into the store who had just walked up to the line walks up and says she has a pickup order to and then proceeded to talk to the employee that was getting my bathing suit for several minutes asking questions and this and that. It was going on for so long that I finally out of frustration said excuse me but I have been waiting here and I would like you to get my bathing suit so I can be on my way. Shes in goes to the back gets all the other items The Other Woman ordered. Then finally finds mine and brings it to me. When she opened up the bag the bathing suit was inside out from someone that had tried it on, I couldnt even find the tag it was so frustrating. I should have been able to get in and out of there right away, if they want to let people come up and pick up their orders then maybe one of the three other employees that was just wandering around that area that wasnt doing anything could have helped us. And there was a manager right beside us the whole time that didnt care and wasnt doing anything and was helping the same person for the last 15 minutes. This place has the worst workers, I have already had problems with not being able to find anything because everything is so disorganized and dirty. Oh and this was also the third time I ordered this bathing suit. The first time I ordered it online it didnt even show up, second time I ordered it on a Wednesday evening they put it back on a Friday evening because I didnt get there quick enough, when I showed up on a Saturday to get it. This must be the worst target out there.

"Target" Portrait Studio So we did family christmas portraits, and the photo shoot went fine, but after that it was all down hill from there. When the employees tell you that "If you buy a hundred dollars worth of pictures you get a fifty dollar giftcard good anywhere in the store", that is a flat out lie. The "gift card" you get is a promotional card requiring you to have another paid for session. They wont even call you to tell you that your cards and pictures are ready. We called after they were two days late and were told "They are all ready, I thought you would have just called Monday (the day before the pictures were supposed to be ready)". So upon arriving at the store to get the pictures, "Ohh your christmas cards arent here yet." Yea, the ones that were ready yesterday.... something doesnt really add up. So when we finally get our Christmas cards they arent even right. They were missing all of the writing on the back. Then to top it all off when you call corporate, the "Target" Portrait Center isnt actually affiliated with the store itself and there is nothing they can do about the employees. But the card scanner they have right on the counter is from the Target store. So they can use the name, logo, and equiptment, but when it comes to any issue, "not there problem". Ohh but they want to give us cupons for a few free sheets of photos next time we use them... Right like we will be back for round two of this disaster...

Check out girl didnt give me one of my bags. I live 35-40 minutes away and didnt realize until I got home. Called store operator and they answered but I was put on hold 2x and no one ever picked up. Called 3x more and NO ONE answered it just rang. Tried every other department and electronics and bakery didnt answer. Deli and pharmacy answered but said they cannot transfer calls. Its like the twilight zone--how can a store this size have NOBODY taking calls? Its baffling. And I was very polite. Now Im angry that I was on the phone for 30 minutes and never spoke to anyone to handle my issue. Will contact corporate. Also the employees who sit right outside the front door smoking on the benches and being super loud during breaks should really have a designated area to chill for their privacy and so I dont have to walk my toddler through a cloud of smoke. Cmon Siegen Lane Target--you are a "super target" so freaking act like one.

Love the buggies here - I know. Random, right? Lol Well, next time youre at Target, notice how much better their shopping carts (or buggies) are compared to other stores like Wal-Mart or Winn Dixie.. Very accommodating for the moms that have little ones to tote around whilst shopping - restroom has changing table for the babies. I had to use it last time I was there with my 10 month old. Glad they have this. On another note, prices can vary and seem to be on the higher end of the scale when comparing to similar stores. Using an app like Target Cartwheel™ will help provide extra savings with coupons and deals. Friendly staff and clean environment, almost like a mini mall, but without the huge crowd. Theres also a little food place inside the store that serves food, drinks, etc. Not sure of the name or exactly what types of food they have. Will find out next time I go.

The customer service is terrible 90% of the time. As a customer service rep or cashier you are hired to interact with the customer in a professional manner. Holding personal conversations while checking someone out is not customer service! Not only do you make your employer look bad but you also show lack of respect for the person in front of you. This has happened to me on multiple occasions even when I asked the young lady a question about pricing she just shook her head and kept speaking with her coworker and never really confirmed the price rang up correctly. Once I was handed my reciept I realized it was not and had to handle it at customer service. A mistake that could have been avoided had the young lady done her job. I will gladly drive an extra 5 mins to shop elsewhere.

Made me feel extremely unwelcome. I showed up ten minutes before closing, I get it. As soon as I walked in I started hearing them talking about me over the radio. Exactly at closing they started turning the lights off by and continued talking in aggravated tones over the radio. The store was in such disarray that I couldnt quickly find the things I needed, so I just left without buying anything. It was 6 minutes after posted closing time when I walked out. An employee asked how I was doing as I walked out, and I told her I felt unwelcome, to wish she replied "aww... Im sorry, but you came in right when we were closing." You dont have to worry about me coming in again.

I like Targets cleanliness, wide isles, etc. The checkout person is usually friendly when I go. But at this location, I stood waiting for help at the deli while the clerk and another employee stood beside me. They were complaining about working. While I standing there, trying to spend money to help them keep their jobs. And go to any Target, you will never- not once - have a clerk offer to help you when youre trying to find something, or ask if youve found what I need, etc. They always, always stand around talking and blocking isles. Us customers are on our own. Arent they glad were there, at least? They dont act like it.
