Walked out of Lowes and the Home Depot (neither had the best price any way) whilst appliance shopping due to the home centers lousy customer service. Decided to try out Sears as I had purchased a washer/dryer from them about 2 years ago. 100% satisfied. Sears has implemented a price-matching guarantee. I just purchased a Maytag double oven from them. The sales person checked on the internet at their store and found the best price, matched it and added $15.00 additional savings to it. Sales person helped me to pick the best product for my needs. No wait time. Product was delivered on-time and professionally installed. I will go back to Sears to purchase a microwave and range top as I continue my kitchen renovation. No reason to waste time going anywhere else.

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE AT SEARS I ORDERED SOME EARRINGS FOR CHRISTMAS SELECTED SHIP TO STORE RECEIVED AN EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE MY ORDER WAS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP. GOT TO THE STORE IT WASNT IN STOCK A REFUND WAS STARTED I WAITED 5 DAYS NO REFUND CHECKED THE STATUS ONLINE IT SAID ORDER WAS PICKED UP. CHATTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT FIRST THE LADY INFORMED ME THAT THE REFUND WOULD BE AVAILABLE SHORTLY I QUESTIONED HER ABOUT THE PICK UP STATUS THEN SHE STATED SN INVESTIGATION WOULD TAKE PLACE WITH THEM AND THE STORE. RECEIVED AN EMAIL TODAY STATING ORDER SHOWN PICKED UP CONTACT THE STORE FOR AN INVESTIGATION. SEARS IS A LIAR AND THIEF DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM.

I have an OLD (60+ years) Sears Kenmore sewing machine I was trying to get fixed. I called 6 different numbers and got transferred to EXACTLY the same pre-recorded message each time. I never actually spoke to a person, never got to make the arrangements to get it fixed, and was asked to provide my phone number each time. Why? If Im calling a specific store, one would assume that Im calling one near me to make the inquiries. I suppose Ill go to an OUTSIDE repair shop to have my SEARS sewing machine repaired. And I certainly wont be buying another one from Sears!!!

So I tried to go to the notary. Supposed to open at 10:00 am week days. I waited 40 minutes after 10 before attempting to find a store manager. When I told the store manager she seemed completely unconcerned that her employee was nearly an hour late. This is poor management at its finest. She didnt attempt to contact her notary or anything. As far as Im concerned, 40 minutes late to work means youre fired.

They match prices and have some knowledgeable sales staff. Emmit in the tools area is a great guy and always helpful. Sold me a great tractor, love it. Charles in appliances is the same and really tried to help me when my appliance order was not delivered as promised. He was great to deal with, the store manager was not so much. The manager is the only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5.

Theyll sell you a lawn mower, Craftsman brand. Ive always heard great things about getting help with the Craftsman tools, etc. If you call the 800-Craftsman number, theyll tell you to bring your lawn mower in and pay for help. They will NOT provide ANY sort of troubleshooting or technical support over the phone. I even purchased the extended warranty, which expired after a few years.

Although i dont like to come to bluebonnet mall, because i work near Cortana mall I would like to say thank you Mr. Emmett for giving me a great customer service. He founded the Craft man wrench set in 1 minute which i was wasted looking for about 20 minutes.

What can I say, these days it is difficult to get good service from any dept store. If you know what you want and are lucky enough to get it in the store, you can return home happy. Go online and let the fingers do the shopping.
