On this trip I needed to find a S hook. I found to employees laughing and joking around and asked them where there were. Neither know had to look it up and yet still had to ask on intercom where they were. They should be working not horse playing and should know where things might be even if they are not sure if they have it.

Not good customer service. Especially in automotive Dept on Dec 10 at about 3:30 pm. Old women with glasses in automotive Dept. was very rude to me. Had no customer service skills. Never go to the automotive Dept there.

Unfriendly, poor customer service in automotive department. Technician named pat yelled at me for pulling into the wrong lane with a flat tire, never had been there before. Was just looking for help.

Refund Day!!! I bought a Christmas light at a Walmart in Dubuque ,ha d to take back in Prairie du Chein. Very workable. NO ISSUE WITH THE REFUND.
