I had my notebook that had all of my personal information in my basket that I use also for my grocery list. I walked away for one minute in the clothing department and when I went back my basket was gone. Right away I went to the "manager" and though he did take down my name and number I did not see him or hear from him for the three hours I was in the store trying to find my notebook. I asked multiple staff to help me and I looked over at one person who said they would call someone and she was chit chating with another employee. When I walked toward her she stopped talking to the person and went to customer service to ask someone to call someone to come talk to me. I had also asked a employee to make an announcement. Then the woman who was in charge of security basically told me unless it was a electronic device that they could not look at the security cameras. I told her "so if my notebook was electronic you would do something about it, but because its not your saying that its not your responsibility." She said yes. Every employee that I tried to get help from just did hnot care at all. Now someone has all of my usernames and passwords, my banking information, my medical information and other very personal information. If they could have just looked at the camera footage from like 15 minutes ago I would more than likely have my notebook. I am no longer shopping at walmart. I would rather go to LaBlancs because I have always had great customer service from the employees. Unfortunately there are just some things that would make me go to Walmart, but I am going to try to order those certain things from the internet. Bottom line, no one cared.

Some of THE laziest, unprofessional workers...ever! I pull up to the back for an oil change and no one came to my car to service me. I get out the car to ask one of the workers if they were still doing oil changes and he bobbed his head yes. He was hanging out of someones truck, just talking. I get back in the car and wait for someone to come to take my info... nothing. Its been 15 minutes. Someone walks past my car and tell me to move my car because they have to change someone elses oil. Im clearly upset and ask for the manager. Apparently, they changed the way they do oil changes. Instead of them asking for your info, they expect you to get out and go in. Thats cool, but no one ever mentioned that. There is no sign that says get out and go inside, and I asked about an oil change no one mentioned it. They just shrugged it off went back to hanging out (there was no car under the shed at the time). Ive been to this Walmart for an oil change several times and never had this problem but now they have a bunch of young kids working here with no professionalism, customer service, or give a care. The manager ended up giving me a discount but I stressed to her how unprofessional their actions were. I also went to purchase something in the store while I waited and the cashier had an attitude out of this world as if she didnt want to be at work. This was the most aggravating experience Ive ever had at a Walmart.

This Walmart is mint for me but kind of small mines in my hometown is bit larger but this store was clean. Ill be moving here after while but not long at all know i will get used to it after shopping here more two things about this Walmart i disliked was the shelves are too small and not much items wasnt on the shelves. Zachary Walmart didnt have a verity selection but the store was spotless and restrooms where sort of clean came down to this Walmart on my birthday when on a day trip from central Louisiana last summer in July. The employees are polite and they dont stand in middle of idles laughing and talking they do their jobs at this Walmart not like the one i be shopping at in MS those people dont do their job always messing around give it a poor rating. Zachary Walmart needs to bit larger but guess doesnt bother people that shop there or from out of town liked me i guess just me used to the Walmarts i be shopping in Natchez MS, Alexandria and Winnsboro + Vidalia LA Walmart locations they bit larger but Winnsboro was small too something liked Zachary but like the title says I will get used to it after shopping here more i liked the store but kind of small for the East Baton Rouge area but hey what to expect its a suburb of Baton Rouge so its a small town LOL!!!! Otherwise nice store not far from the beautiful neighborhoods.

THE WORST WALMART EVER!!!! The shelves are continously empty! They never restock! The lines for checkout are outrageous, no matter what time of the day it is! There is NEVER anyone working self checkout, nor can you find anyone! The buggies are always scattered in the parking lot! The employees are rude, lazy, & very ghetto!!! They act like ignorant want to be thugs! The employees are always hooping & hollaring, making sure everyone hears what they are talking about. Theres alwaus a herd of employees hanging out by the front door, blowing down ciggerets! I have seen employees doing drug deals in parking lot! And if you have to go to restroom, I suggest holding it. The bathrooms are always disgusting! But the absolute worst, is the customer service personnel! ALL OF THEM! Rude, arrogant, lazy, sloppy, & down right stupid! They never have anything I need! They refuse to restock shelves! The zachart Walmart is by far, the WORST Walmart in the east baton Rouge parish area! Horrible horrible horrible! You are better off driving past zachary, & going to a different location! I suggest central & baker. . .Zachary Walmart is ran by lazy ganster want to bes. . .Oh! And they refuse to sell the American flag, yet the sale black lives matter tshirts!!! Wow. How pathetic!

Its hit or miss with this store. Sometimes I get nice staff, other times I get ignored/no help when at customer service to pick up an order. I waited 20 minutes last time and had at least 5 employees walk past me and not 1 get someone to help me after I asked many times. I could see them in the back too, so it was very frustrating. Finally a nice young man from electronics decided to help me since he could see how upset I was getting, I was seriously about to cry. Another time during checkout, the senior lady cashier didnt hand me my money and instead put it on the conveyor belt and it got sticky/wet. I was standing by my bags and unable to reach my money due to next customers cart was next to me. I had to ask her to hand it to me and get a paper towel to wipe off the wet change as she wouldnt give me different money. She was very rude and odd about the whole thing. I dont want to shop at this store unless absolutely necessary. Been very disappointed thus far. More bad than good employees it seems but thats just been my experience.

I would give it one star if I could. Ive come here every other day for weeks now for the the same reason and its taken over an hour of waiting, paging and calling to speak with a representative. The management is beyond horrifyingly rude, and made it painfully obvious that they were angry that they had to come help me. They also didnt give any effort into helping me and just simply told me they couldnt do anything. So if they knew that from the start why not tell me right away instead of making me wait for over an hour. If youre so upset about having to do the job you signed up and get paid for, than just quit. because my experience would have been much better without pretty much every employee I had encountered.
