As with any Wal-Mart there are ups and downs. The ups would be their prices are always decent and Ive been finding more and more things frequently on sale or for discounted prices. Food selection is always on track. The downs would be the constant crowd of people who seem they own the place. If youre not careful not only will another customer run you and your family over not the employees seem to like to do the same. Its hard to find someone to ask for help when you need it even tho there seem to be employess around every corner, til you need them. Some employees dont seem to know where things are at times and some seem uninviting and off putting. The check out lines are so always packed to the fullest and they never seem to open additional registers, especially at night with only one register open past 9pm. There are self check outs but again those are only open til 8 or 9 pm. All around decent shopping experience if youre wanting to be in and out and are lucky to get the essentials and find a open self check out or empty register.

My daughter took in a gift that was purchased here for Christmas from her grandmother. Granted it is a Zoomer Chimp and a high dollar item however it doesnt work so she tried returning it. These retards at customer service wouldnt take it back claiming they dont carry it, however it scans in the system and is on the damn shelf.....now i have to listen to my extremely upset 10 year old cry all night because they wouldnt let her return her toy for store credit so she could buy something different that actually works. I can understand if it was me returning something but a 10 year old kid???? They were extremely rude about it all to her and luckily i am a calm guy or i very well would have knocked em out for the way they talked to her. Ill never step foot in this walmart again so long as i live....ill drive into Fenton at least most of their employees are nice and not total retards

Ordered 3 cakes for a birthday party for my one year old son a week in advanced. Promised it would be ready at 10 am on the day we need but you might as well go find someone else. Nikki and Stacey in the bakery or very rude and should not be making cakes for a living. The worst cakes we have ever seen. And to make it worse started making them at 10! Making them without gloves and fixing their hair and texting while "making" these cakes. Just go somewhere else if you dont want your party to be ruined by Walmart.

One of their employees decided to vandalize my car. And instead of taking care of the problem they asked where I work and told them Im a veteran and they wanted to know if they should call and report me for yelling at employees and proceeded to kick me out and threaten to call the police. It was clear their employee had a friend come and throw stuff on my car. I recommend going to festus or desoto Walmart because employees know customer service unlike here

This particular store, never have the items in stock that you are looking for, be it razors, body wash, webcams electronics, phone cards etc. On Saturday May 25. 2013 I purchased 3 packages of tyson chicken drumsticks, this chicken and the complete case were spoiled. The first time in my walmart history that ive purchased anything spoiled. This store seems to be a larger version of the store that used to be in House Springs.

Ran into big problems with one of the cashiers, and the acting manager. My wife was quite upset by the incident, and is now saying she will never shop at Walmart again. I am in the process of contacting the actual store manager since I have never seen these people before and we used to shop there daily. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at any store!

** IF YOU POST A NEGATIVE REVIEW ABOUT THIS LOCATION BE PREPARED TO BE FOLLOWED THROUGH THIS LOCATION BY MANAGEMENT ** This location has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and by far the WORST EMPLOYEES Ive ever encountered in my life. The selection is terrible and its always extremely messy. Id rather make the drive to another location than go here.

I have been to this Walmart several times, but now I go to schnucks for all my meat. Every time I would go to the deli there would be people standing around talking but they would not make eye contact. I guess what they were talking about was more important than my purchases. I would rate this deli a 1

You could fill a basket with all the extra chromosomes floating around this store. Also, pay attention when selecting a cart. This store has little wires fixed to the chassis that keeps static from building up on the customers. If your cart lacks this wire, you will be shocked repeatedly. Truth

We dropped our van off at 2pm for new tires. We were told they would call when done. We called about 6pm no answer. We drove up there and the tire part was closed and our van still doesnt have new tires and they have our keys. Now my husband can not get to work tomorrow.

Its Walmart. Nothing good, nothing special, you get what you came for. But always an okay place to find needed items. I do have a complaint, a door greeter stopped me for buying paint because I "look like a minor". That woman was tripping on something.

I have never had a bad experience. My only complaint is in the early morning when I have to swing by on the way to work, there is usually only one cashier. But any other time lines are quick, service is friendly, store is clean and organized.

I like this Walmart because it is newer, clean, and I like the parking lot. I have found many items here on clearance. It is just a nice Walmart, as Walmart stores go. They also sell cloth for making crafts/clothes and I like that.

They never have the things I need and I spend a lot of money there but now in the last two years it has just gotten worse so for now on I will be going to shop n save and the other stores to get my clothes for me and my family

They ve always treated me good. Clean, stuffs always in stock. Early morning s can be a mess and they can be a little moody, but come on its there time to restock so... Very happy with have such an awesome store in our area!

The store is great since they opened their self checkout lines. And if u shop online like I do its great to have it shipped to store for pickup, no shipping expenses! Cleaner than most of the walmart in the big cities.

They put our old tires in the back seat of our car without even a piece of paper under them. Tires that road grime sitting on my seats. They offered to sweep it out. Seriously. You cannot sweep grease off a seat.

Got a new tier. Got out for less than 100 bucks. Grey haired guy new his stuff! Asked about switching from r-12 to the 34a. Had great info. Hard to believe from Wal-Mart
