I pretty much only go here for the subway shop thats inside. The staff at this Walmart that I have encountered personally really doesnt know anything about what theyre doing and does it really seem like there very willing to help you. I was trying to get some assistance in electronics one day and I stop somebody passing by and ask them if they could get somebody for me, and their response was go up front and have them paged. This is not my department. This is not the only bad experience Ive had at this location. I even asked the manager one time for assistance he told me he would call somebody 20 minutes later somebody else walks by I asked them the same thing and said that I had been waiting and they said that they would call somebody... I finally left

Horrible! Yet again! Went last night to get a tire checked waited 45 minutes or longer had asked to be paged when they were done guy said they would but no one did. As I was checking out I told the older gentleman I was mad because again got no page when they were done. He then said well we are short handed and this and that. I simply said that is not my problem and its not I came for a service asked to be paged like the main manager said since they didnt the last time either and made me wait 2 hours then!! Terrible management customer service and I think the CEO of Walmart needs to know what the service is like in Walnut Ridge! If I have to redeem the free oil change they gave me for the last bad visit they can keep it!!!

I am impressed with this store and its caring employees. I was becoming quite frustrated trying to get pictures to a place to have them printed. I called and explained my dilemma. The problem was very quickly fixed. I ordered 30 more over the phone and they said, no problem. ..well have them ready for you. When things become too modern attempting to use online technology. ...just find a small place that does great things quickly! Carolyn Jones

Walmart has just about everything you could need. I like their garden center the most. They dont have a full grocery store, bakery or deli but they do have a Subway here.

This is a older small Walmart. They try to make. The most of it. Need more registers open especially without self checkout.
