I purchased 4 tires that never came, changed to a different brand instead. After that everything went bad I will never shop at this Sears auto center again, and I promise to tell everyone I know about my terrible experience here.This was the worst customer service Ive ever had to put up with. The person at the counter was acting like a spoiled child. He continuously tried talking over me, without having any concern about what I was asking for. To make matters worse he laughed at the situation.Something is seriously wrong at this store,but the way things are going these days he will probably get promoted for driving away customers.I really dont think Sears cares. SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!!

I purchased a Husqvarna push lawnmower last year (2012) from Sears at St. Peters, MO and this spring it started stalling out. I contacted the Sears and it was still under warranty and was told to bring it in. Great...the problem, they took the mower and then proceeded to hold it for two weeks. I got a call saying to come in and pick it up..great. The problem is, they just held it, they never looked at it and when I asked they said they NO LONGER SERVICE HUSQVARNA lawnmowers. They said to contact Husqvarna... . If you dont want to honor the warranty at least say that and dont hold it for two weeks, I couldve had it serviced elsewhere.

Their appliance repair department is a complete joke. Our dishwasher has been broken for over 2 months. More than 5 repair appointments later and its still broken. The second to last guy that came out ordered a used, rebuilt computer that was delivered broken so the last guy had to order a new one. If you dont get to the door within 10 seconds they are already driving off and they wont come back even if youve taken off work for the day. Their next available time to come back is over 2 weeks from now. Their supervisor is extremely rude. Poor customer service. Total. Waste. Of. Time. And. Money.

Ill NEVER shop here again. Purchased baby clothes for my daughter, was told by the associate we could return anything with a reciept, as it was a high risk pregnancy. She lost her baby at birth, tried to take everything back, again still have receipt, they refused to refund or even issue a store credit as they claim you only have thirty days with reciept for return. I called manager and their customer service line, they dont care. Stuck looking at these baby clothes for a baby who is in heaven now. No wonder they are going out of business. Heartless!

Absolutely ridiculous to imagine that we paid over $2,000 for a Samsung washer dryer set with pedestals and parts are not available for repair in the United States completely ridiculous they shouldnt be allowed to sell appliances if Parts arent available for repairs

This location seems to be busier than the Chesterfield location. The selection is still good. If you sign up for their free rewards program Shop Your Way, they send you extra coupons and free points.
