Moved up to KC from Florida and stopped into this shop just to see what they had in stock. I couldnt have been more impressed. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I told them I was just looking. I finally found a piece that made it worth my while. The clerk came over and peaked my interest even more telling my every little specification from how to use it and set it up to cleaning and maintaining my piece. I had no choice but to buy this amazing piece. Then when I came back the next day to get a new bowl for my piece and the clerk remembered me by name greeting me once again and remembered what piece I bough and was very insightful in helping me find my bowl. Great store excellent service very resourceful 10/10 would come again

Main smoke is my one stop shop for vapes not only will they help you to understand how it works the walk you through how to prep you coil they will fill your tank they have such a great selection e juice. With the help of the great employees with extensive knowledge of vapes and ejuice they could have talked to me for hours without a problem. Went in there last summer and got my first water pipe with a Lol help I got a Gatlin down stem on an AMG with an ash catcher a quartz banner and a bowl in amazed with the abilities of the employees and with the vast selection of e juice water pipes and vapes I will always go back

Phenomenal overall experience. When you initially walk in, you are almost overwhelmed by the amount of things they have in stock. They have a ton of options. The people that work there are extremely helpful and personable. They were extremely patient with me to help me pick what was PERFECT for me. You also get a premium one on one customer service experience--given they arent crazy busy. If you spend a little more, they sometimes hook it up with little goodies! Best smoke shop in the area! Ill be back!

My first Initial walk-in was very comforting with the help of the owner and the clerk. I walked in looking for a water pipe with one percolator at a decent price. I saw what I was interested in and found out that the clerks are very knowledgeable with the merchandise in there store. It turns out the the one I was looking at had two percolators for a decent price. Long story short: I got a kickass deal for a water pipe with two percolators for the price that only has one at any other store.

Great place, very helpful. Extremely knowledgeable, I told them what I needed, pointed me right to it. Lost my vape in a fire at my apartmemt, really needed some new equipmemt but was a little short on cash so they cut me an absolutely incredible deal. They have an amazing selection of all kinds of tobacco related products and vaporizers. The owner is extremely nice, very flexible and easy to work with. I will most definitely be shopping here again and I hope you will be too.

I was in ready to drop $500 on my first hookah. Really nice looking but apparently the boys nephew or whoever was working was too blazed and busy on his phone to try and sell me anything let alone even help me. Hi how can I help you Jus wanna look at your hookahs *points* well there all over. *back on phone* Im a little over whelmed so I ask Do you have any colossals? No. *puts phone to ear* I walked out. No more. No one deserves to be treated like Im bothered you.

The dude inside was really cool, and really went beyond with his customer service.. but he totally ripped me off on some incence holders.. Sold me 2 for 10 bucks, and when I got home they were actually marked 1.99 a pop.. Pretty upset about that, but I guess its what I get for not looking. It sucks more because I spent over an hour in there talking with him and made a 400 dollar purchase in total!

Was shopping around Westport today when I came across main smoke shop. I stopped in to see what kind off stock they had and boy was I shocked to see all the cool stuff they had. I walked out of there with a 300$ water pipe that I only paid 200$ for the clerk. Joseph was very knowledgeable and knew almost everything about his products. Definitely recommend this shop 10/10 would come in again

After each time I have purchased tobacco here my credit card information is reported stolen soon afterwards from my bank. This seems like a very strange coincidence. In addition, the last time I was there I was sold tobacco that was expired and the clerk had headphones in the entire time he was helping me. I wont be going back again and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

The attendants..., Vape Dudes were more than helpful.. They unlocked my nebula and assisted in setting the temperature so the oil wouldnt burn.. They also hooked me up with a new battery and the Nebula fires up at the touch of the button .. If you are in to vape... Then I suggest you get in to Main smoke/vape shop KC... They have it ALL!

I have been looking all over town for an affordable water pipe with an ash catcher attachment. not only did I get exceptional service but, I got the exact pipe I wanted with the look I was going for! Now my coffee table looks better with my newest purchase sitting on top. This is now my go to shop I refer everyone I know. 10/10!
