I went into the store on May 7th 2015 around 5pm. The store was not busy when I walked in, a few customers. I needed a new headlight and wipers. Usually employees at autoparts stores find me and ask if I need any help. This time I had to find them. When I did, they usually get the part number I need and walk with me to find it. Not this time, I was told my part number and had to find it myself. I also brought in my broken wiper and was told i need 17 inch wipers, OK I can do that. I later found out that I needed a 17 inch and a 21 inch wiper. I found my stuff and went to the counter and set my stuff down. One employee was helping someone and two others were just chatting it up in the back. One of them walked out, looked at me and went down a different isle. Didnt say "Ill be right with you" or anything like that. I stood at that counter for 5 mins waiting. Just a side note, someone with not so great morals would have just walked out without paying and would have done it unnoticed. Not me though, I left my stuff on the counter and left. Let me clarify one thing, This is 2 stars based on this experience. Ive gone into this store before and still had to ask for help myself but I at least got it. If a manager gets a chance to read this please find out who was working that night and tell them about this.

I purchase from there often. I like the "loan a tool" program they have. Saves having to buy a tool you dont need but once a yr or so. I also use the free battery load and alternator testing service from time to time.

Nice people. Most dont know a fuel pump from an oil pump, and MUST ALWAYS know what vehicle "its for".. even if its windshield washer fluid. But most genuinely try to be helpful. Inventory is usually pretty good.

Nice people work there.They are open late and all weekend. That is why I buy there. Parts are inexpensive, but dont be afraid to return defective parts. They always honor warranties.
