First of all I would like to say Rueben tinted my windows and did a great job. They look every bit as good as Jasons work over at professional window tint, where I normally take my vehicles. The only reason I had mine done here instead of there, was because my car was already there having other work done. Hes professional and you can tell he takes pride in his business. I would definately recommend him for tint. As i understand he is the only one in the shop who does it. I will say, the woman in the office is very nice over the phone, in person....not so much. Had several small tiffs with her, and she was rude to my wife as well. Maybe she was having a bad day... The techs are young. Nothing wrong with that, however... The one sitting in the office talking to me, with the massive chew in his lip would be offensive to an older customer, or a woman. It didnt bother ME personally but cmon man, this isnt the farm. Its an office and a showroom. He was however very friendly and seemed to know his stuff. Just being fair here.... The other tech, (skinny tall guy with glasses) was also very nice. He must be the guy that does the rustproofing because he was pretty filthy. I know that this is a dirty job, so that doesnt bother me, but getting into my new car without protecting the seats in any way? Isnt there supposed to be some sort of seat cover or something? Anyways...moving on.... The third tech was a total dick. He shouldnt be allowed in the office. He talked to me and my wife like we were morons, argued with me in front of another customer and was completely unprofessional. Turns out, we were right and it was HIM who didnt know what he was talking about. I thought the pricing was fair, and the work was quality. I would recommend the place, IF you can talk to the owner himself about the work you want done.

Ive been taking our familys cars and trucks to the new owners there since before they actually bought this particular business. He has always done a great job for us. There was never a problem with warranty work or any issues what so ever. I have to say I like the quality work that is done there by the owner and his staff. I was just there again today to have some work done. I had my windows tinted in the front of my pickup. they did a great job again. I would and have recommended this business to anyone thats looking for products that this business offers. 7/18/2012, Again today Ive returned to Ruben and his staff to have my Ram rustproofing touched up. Its always nice to see a nice clean truck with any of the imperfections cleaned up. Very NICE Job once again. I cant wait to get the 98 Celica GT (thats just been completely refurbished) out for the window tinting. Also...the new speakers you put in last year during the restoration have been great. Cant tell anything has been changed by looking at it....until you fire up the stereo. Its plenty for me and works great! Last fall when the wifes remote was acting up on her car I also appreciate the very quick response and repair to correct the problem. Got to love the great service and warranty work. The price was right..."NO CHARGE"!

Wonderful place!!!! I picked out the new stereo system, they ordered it for me and when it came in, they installed it. I also had all new speakers put in because the factory ones just couldnt handle the new stereo. I told them what I wanted to have, like the hands free calling and the ability to use my ipod through the system, they showed me the options and I got what I wanted. Their input was extremely helpful and not in a way that makes you feel like you know nothing, which I dont, but I didnt feel that way. Its always intimidating when you go into a shop that deals with cars of any kind as a woman. Typically, I get the, "we know better cuz we are men" explanations, but not here. This place is pretty awesome and I will be going back to have them detail my car as well as add mud flaps. I already have the appointments scheduled!!!

I was there for over 4 hours to have mud flaps installed. They had to redo the install right away because they did it wrong. I had to go out to the shop area and suggest how to fix the problem because the owner and employees couldnt figure it out themselves. While in there another customer had a problem with service and they couldnt fix his problem either. Just because someone owns and operates a business means they are qualified or have any skill what-soever. Woulnt let them wash my car for free!!!!!

Second time having work done here. Stupid me. First time had double din unit installed and they cracked an interior panel. They did not say anything and tried to hide it. Second time had another double din unit installed and install was a joke. Unit was wedged in console, not secured in any way. Wires behind unit looked like a bowl of spaghetti. It looks like a teenager completed the install not a professional shop. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Had a complete System Installed, Double din DVD, 2 12 Subs 1000 Watt amp, and Brand new Alarm system! I have had a million stereo systems in my life, but this surpasses everything! Very Professional and Courteous Staff, I have had the system for 6 months now and never once had any problem! Getting a stereo installed in my girlfriends car today!! I cant wait! these guys are great!!!

Every time I have visited Auto Accessory & Install, I have been greeted with the most friendliest and helpful staff. My aunt was extremely pleased when she took her vehicle in and I am completely satisfied with my experience. They were able to make a hybrid sound amazing! Thanks again AAI! I will be back!
