I worked here for a few months in which time I came to learn how important customer satisfaction is to this Target. They are very much perfectionists. But I would say maybe a little too much so. They care so much about their customers that they care very little for their workers. The first problem was that there are many young 20 year olds with leading positions. That may not seem bad but with almost all of these leaders, they were very power hungry and mistreated those below them. Nothing that anyone did was ever noticed by the leaders. Now I know its a minimum wage job and I shouldnt expect to be babied and everything. I dont. But what I do expect is to be treated as a human and not demoralized if I couldnt get a few things done even though I ran around doing other peoples jobs as well. My point being is that I stuck my neck out and worked my ass off even doing other peoples jobs on top of my own but was still harrassed if I didnt get everything done. I wasnt seen as a person there but rather an expendable piece of machinery. Thats all.

Excellent service. I was looking for a small jar of petroleum jelly (travel size) but all I saw was the family size. I asked an Associate and she referred me to the travel size. Not only that, but she asked "Can I help you find something else?" I said, yes! Would you please shorten my trip and direct me to the Rotisserie Chicken for Dinner? " And she did. Thank you,... Sorry I didnt get your name. But Im grateful for your help <3

One of the usually busier Target stores in the area, but they usually seem to have enough checkout lanes open so youre not standing around and waiting an hour as you would at the nearby Walmart. Prices are average for a Target store and they normally have what you are looking for when you walk into a Target store. Cashier Stephen is a bright spot at this location...if you can find him, check out with him!!!

It is a beautiful store. Finding foods can sometimes be challenging but there are always many very friendly employees to help you out. It would just be nice if the grocery layout were a little more intuitive. Perhaps additional information on the aisle signs would help. Pricing is pretty good in most instances but I would buy bulk candy elsewhere--it is way overpriced, 7.49/lb, are they kidding?

Guest Service was poor. I try to price match an item on Amazon and the lady ask me if I have Amazon Prime then goes to tell me she dont care about AMAZON PRIME. Well, if I had it, would I dare even care to price match it when Amazon can shipped it to me the next day already. I have dealt with this lady TWICE om two different occasions and has always been disappointed.

One of the bigger Targets in the area that seems to have just about everything you would need. Store does always seem to be clean and well kept. The customer service has always been great and friendly. It does seem to be one of the busier ones (no fault to them) so lines do tend to get a little long when attempting to check out.

Of the two Targets in Woodbury, this is the newer one. It feels that way too. It has all of the things youd expect at a Target, plus a Starbucks and a well-stocked grocery. The registers are well manned and rarely down. Parking is never a problem and its located near a bunch of other shops, so its very convenient.

Always see staff in there very hard at work making sure the experience is 5 star. Feel good spending money in a place like this. I sometimes go all the way there just for one thing even if I could get it in the gas station very quickly just because they make you feel good about coming in

Horrible customer service at check out lanes. Every coupon I had was declined although they were all valid. Check lady had no idea what a manufacturers coupon ment. Had to wait twice for management to come and read the coupons. Guess I will be doing my house hold shopping elsewhere.

Disappointed that I came specifically to get Thank You cards from their Papyrus card section and they where out of seven -7- styles of cards. I was able to get one Thank You cards in the Papyrus brand. Poor reflection on this Target, and did not meet my expectations.

Great super target. I have always been able to find what I need at this location. Only took off one star because it is always busy, and sometimes is slow at checkout. It has gotten much better with the addition of the self check out lanes.

This place is always neatly organized unlike some of the other targets in the area. The prices here are always lower or goes on the clearance rack faster than other targets Ive visited as well. Overall I will shop here again.

This is a well-run SuperTarget with groceries, CVS pharmacy, Starbucks, and a Target Cafe inside. Theres also a TCF ATM and they carry softener salt and ice. Great for one-stop shopping.

Im routinely disappointed with the quality of produce, would be nice to shop for most of my items at one spot but I have to make trips to a grocery store for food.

I drive all the way from Eagan to come to this Target. I used to live in Woodbury and since they put this one it I prefer to come here for many reasons!

Very expensive.. Even with the price of gas it would be cheaper to drive to w st Paul and still save on your weekly shop..

Always busy, esp the grocery section, and the carts are super bulky and hard to maneuver. But they have a Starbucks! ☕
