Nice clean store. Different than any Walmart you probably have been to since they had to build out the storefront in a Dutch style architecture. Love the self-checkout lanes. Makes it easy to get through. They have had to deal with a recent tragedy when a truck burst through their front door killing several people including a couple of employees. Be extra kind to them as you go through the checkout lanes!

This Walmart Optical center I have to say is the worst. Went and got my eyes checked over 2 months ago and they ordered me contacts and they still arent in. Called and came in several times. It wasnt until I called other Walmarts that I finally got a call back about whats going on. After the first month they shouldve at least tried to get me into another brand. NEVER getting my eyes checked here again.

Friendliest, nicest folks Ive encountered in any Walmart on my cross-country trip, and Ive been to quite a few. Several times I needed help, and both employees (a gal in auto parts and Barbara in home goods) were knowledgeable and cheery. Same for the cashier, the greeter, and also Dave pulling weeds in the parking lot. If its a choice for you, make the choice for this location. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, except they were waxing the floors, so I couldnt get to the$3.74 bin of movies. But, that was okay because it was in the middle of the night. The service & all the employees were were great tonight. The friendliness, the customer service, the attentiveness was awesome tonight & everyone was quick yet pleasant, courteous & efficient. I give them a 5++ out of 5:^)

I usually experience great service at this Walmart, but this visit didnt see that. After waiting at the sporting goods counter for 15 minutes while a sales associate made a personal call with the counter phone, she took off without offering any help. The person in charge of the counter completely ignored me until I hunted him down and asked for help. It made for a frustrating visit.

This Oskaloosa Walmart its a crapshoot as to whether youre going to pay the price thats listed on the Shelf when its run up on the register. I purchased 10 items today and two of them were not what they were listed. One I paid too much and the other one was not enough. Other than that, hey its a Walmart

Should not have to wait at fitting room area for 15 minutes and then go and search someone down... Then asked if they could check other stores for sizes and they said no I would have to do that.. which I was doing by the time they made it back after talking to some supervisor! Disappointed

Sucked i bought fish and the guy dropped fish on the floor then made me get the rest of the fish i wanted and then had to wait for like a half hour to check out cus the guy didnt know what kind of fish they were so i had to go back and take pics of the bar code so they could ring them up

The girl bagging groceries definately needs a better trainer. Common sense tells you not to squeeze a bag of potato chips between 2 frozen pizzas and a carton of potato sald!! The trainer was actually taking items from my cart to scan.
