I love Gordmans but for the past two years I have purchased boxed slippers from them and both times the slippers were the wrong size from the other. I live out of town so it wasnt even worth it for me to drive there to exchange them. Very frustrating. Maybe it was my responsibility but when the shoes are in an enclosed box, one doesnt think they will be mixed up. I feel as though staff should check them to make sure, as most other stores do that. Otherwise, I do enjoy shopping here and the prices are great.

I love Gordmans and I normally go to the Roseville store. But since we were in the area we stopped at the Woodbury location and all I can say is never again. They are VERY unorganized. I would find something I liked but it wouldnt be in my size and there would be no more until you walk 10 feet and there was another one. The fitting room was a mess and unorganized as well. Very cluttered.

As soon as I walked in.There was an employee that was standing at the door, she did not greet me but yet stared me and my family down . we were standing by the door figuring out which Section we were going to first. She followed us throughout the store all the way into it was time for checkout.

I miss the Roseville store. This is okay. Its big, bright and clean. Lacking in night wear for the ladies, but has an ample supply of shirts in the teen section. Needs more colorful selection for bedding, and has a friendly staff. If youre in the area, its okay.

When I first started going to Gordmans they had just opened and were working on getting the hang of things. I enjoy going here because its easy to shop. You may have to wait in like but they have awesome customer service.

Enter at your own risk...its very dirty and unorganized, and many items are damaged. The employee that rang us up didnt greet us, make eye contact, or offer us a bag for our purchase. Last resort shopping for sure.

Inventory always changing, decent prices, hard to get something repeatedly with inventory changes, if you see an item you want, you should buy it right away.
