playpkace is the dirtiest Wal-Mart Ive ever been in,,seen Wal-Marts all over calif. Montana, salt lake city, even idaho, also been in Wal-Marts all over mn. IVE been accused of stealing in this dump, which is redicupos as I just spent over 300.00 & was on way out to car when their security person stopped us checked receipt for drinks, tried to say I didnt pay for one I drank in store, then wanted me to sign an admission, are you kidding me? if I were going to steal while spending over $300.00, maybe itd be more that $1.99 drink, after I ALREADY paid for it, never got an apology or anything, just a walk away, and now I drive a half hour away to a different more clean n caring store. I told these people what happened, they were in aww n said your welcome to spend your money at our store anytime also thanked me for traveling so far, vadnais heights love yo slam their inventory on ground at times even right behind us scares me evertime! they arent supposed to be doing that as it damages product, and I am Forever returning damaged cans, etc. dented, your never supposed to use dented cans cud alliw air in cam and cause toxicity so return ALL dented cans, maybe theyll stop the crew fro throwing/ dropping them so hard to the floors, hope they figure it out, also they seem to stop carrying all my usual and purchased items, I asked about then carrying certain things, or wonder why theyll stop stocking things they tell me its not us its the vendor, vendor tells me its the store who place the orders, which makes since vendors dont tell Any groc. store what to carry, do they?? and getting help from their employees is a simple non excistant, Ive asked for something, employee said" oh Im Sorry I dont know" then literally walks away, doesnt radio anyone else, just doesnt want to be bothered while they are doing theirs other jobs, arent going out of their way they are SO UNHAPPY in their jobs, they should be counting their blessings, Wal-Marts on their way w zero cashiers w the self check out, etc. they just dont see the large picture, but Ive heard so many employee co.pmain they are being forced to work on holidays w standard pay, so I can understand I suppose. CLEAN IT UP WAL-MART! your losing customers!! though your the cheapest. and have the AWESOME app that you scan your receipts if your items are found elsewhere cheaper they give you the difference, weve added up over $120.00 so far, I havent tried to use it for groceries yet, waiting to see if they follow through. w it, hope so, I will post it if I dont get my cash in (used towards groc. only) I wish them luck, gid bless and warm wishes to all shoppers and employees! & readers

Just left this Walmart. All i can do is shake my head. Seems like the further from Bentonville one gets, the worse the Walmarts are. The twenty item or less line was the only one open. I do not do self checkout, as i refuse to support replacing jobs with machines. Line was backed up all the way through jewelry, and two customer service reps sitting on the other side just watching. I went to customer service, asked if they planned on opening more than one kiosk today, got blank looks and someone mentioned calling a manager. The two resting customer service reps literally said, "you will have to wait until 9." The male who was a little nicer said they didnt have any other cashiers. They said they didnt do cashiering when i suggested one of them open one. The rude female said, "we will get someone when we get someone. " When i asked her name she refused to give it at first, then finally conceded. I knew they were CSRs by the yellow vests. I went back to customer service...still no sign of management. When i finally got to the checkout, the rude one opened the register next to me (the same CSR that claimed they are unable to run the registers, AND this was at 8:45). After finally getting through check out, i waited at customer service another 5 minutes or so for management. He finally came. Nice guy, but unfortunately not a manager that has the power to deal with unruly store front staff. Horrible customer service, especially from people who are supposedly customer service reps. I will be putting in a complaint to Bentonville as well as the general manager. This is not the first time. About 90% of my trips here are the same miserable service. Its never an in and out thing. I am fine with everything else in the store, but there are some serious management issues. If there is a shortage of employees, then there are some incredibly lazy hiring staff, not to mention a general manager who lacks the capacity to inspire anything resembling customer service and respect.

Wal-Mart is probably my most shopped store. No, not probably, it is. I like Wal-Mart especially the 24 hour Wal-Marts. Besides Cub there is no where else open at 4 am. This walmart is only open until 11pm. There is a ton of customers, always, so why? I do kind of take this as a blessing because this forces the late nighters to go to a good store like Forrest lake or the Blaine stores on ball road or Ulysses street. Very nice, newer, clean Wal-Marts. The Vadnes walmart stinks. Literally. Badly. Not so much Wal-Marts fault, more the clienteles. Either way makes for a less then pleasant shopping experience. Thats 1 strike. Strike 2, 3 and 4 is the old lady they have working the door "checking recipts". I checked the laws, in Minnesota they can ask, you can say no. Done. This rude and forceful worker wont take no for an answer even grabbing my girls cart and telling her she cannot leave with the items she now owns unless she shows her receipt. Pushing her cart into my girl forcefully blocking the exit. Sams club can require showing recipt because of the nature of the store requiring membership and your acceptance of that term. Wal-Mart can not. Here is the thing, i do not like being called a thief. You call me a thief You will be met with profanity. You stop me to check my receipt you are calling me a thief. The police cannot just randomly stop people and frisk them without cause. What makes you think its ok to proactively stop paying customers to make sure they have paid for everything on a whim. Once the money exchanges hands those items, whether on Wal-Mart property or not, are the customers property. Even the receipt is no longer Wal-Marts, and Wal-Mart can make no claim to any of it. I wont go to this store anymore, not too big of a deal as seriously, its trash. I will continue to go to the 24 hour ones as they are not all like this. If you go here and are stopped tell them to go **** themselves and keep walking, dont accept that treatment.

I am so freaking pissed off that this location has the worst and slowest customer service. I order for a pick up which said it WILL be ready on the same day. Instead, of going to the store and just get my damn item I thought I should just order it with my other things that were coming through the mail and for that item I can pick it up today. I order my stuff around 10 AM. I could track my package and it said it was going to be ready by 2:50PM. Okay I thought, I ran some errands and came around 2pm to the store. I ask the lady that was at the pick up counter if she can check the stats on my order, she gave me an attitude and was like your order aint ready yet. Supposely she page the guy who was working in the back pulling the items and he told her he was not to my section where the toys were. Im just like shock that they do not do it by the time you put the order in BUT rather the section of each items...wtf...anyways the lady told me to wait until I get my confirmation email that its ready. I didnt have the time to sit there until who knows when it will be ready so I left...funny thing is I still have NOT received any confirmation email that my item is ready for pick up and its past 7:30 pm! Wow just freaking great and I wont be heading out in the snow storm tonight! If they do not get my PAID item ready by tomorrow morning....be prepare to handle this angry customer! ***update*** So I DID receive a email from Walmart saying my order was CANCELLED.....like are you freaking serious!!! You clearly had it in stock but because of your slow @$$ ability to do your job it sold out!!! Will never ever do a pick up again at any Walmart store!
