The salesman was very helpful and not pushy at all when I decided to purchase the right lawn mower to suit my needs. I picked it up a week later, and the front wheel was damaged in the box. Luckily I fixed it. I purchased a ladder online from this store location, and picked it up at the same time I picked up the lawn mower. I found the ladder to be missing a rubber foot. I called the Hardware Dept. and the salesman was very helpful in finding out if I could get the part sent to me or if I had to return the ladder to the store. Unfortunately I had to return the ladder. I returned the ladder and grabbed another one of the same make/model from the store floor. Turns out this one had a manual and more secure packaging than the ladder I just returned. Im wondering if the ladder originally given to me was a reject/return from another customer and they never bothered to fix it? Im disappointed. The staff was still friendly, and I overheard one of them explain to another customer that theyre understaffed on the weekends since the line at the register can easily reach 15 to 20 people waiting until "someone" can help out. So it seems yet again Sears is dropping the ball on customer service. This is to be the last purchase Ill make at Sears.

The prices are good for clothes but there were a few things that bothered me. First off when I got home I was putting away the clothes that I bought, and they didnt take the security tag off. So now I have to drive back 45 mins to get it off. I also wanted to put my clothes on layaway, but the employee had no clue what they were doing so I had to just buy it there. The line to checkout took at least 10 minutes. It wasnt that it was full of people, just that the one person in front of me took a while. The dressing rooms were full of clothes and I mean full. Out of the 3 hangers and bench in the room I couldnt hang my clothes anywhere and had to put them on the floor, on top of piles of clothes. I came late at night so that might be why. I have shopped here before and didnt have a bad experience so I will be coming back in the future.

This wasnt really my experience there but sears is connected to one of the parking lots. When the stores were all closing up, I went to the sears where we came through. When we got there, there was a gate and it was closed up. There was also a bunch of other people waiting for someone to open it up. Also, people were trapped inside the Sears! We waited for 15 minutes and still no when came to help. This is just a note for the future. Thank you

Absolute garbage customer service. Waiting at jewelry for 15minutes before an employee showed up, showed me one piece a little out of my price range and rather than help me find something within my price range, she moved on to the next customer. So Ill go give my money to one of the other 500 stores here. This will be the last of many bad customer service experiences at this or any Sears.

The checkout process is truly BS. Theres no reason why it should take a solid five minutes for a customer to checkout when theyre only buying a couple items. They ask you far too many questions at the cash registers, and on top of that, the cashiers move far too slowly. The checkout process seems noticeably faster at the other Sears stores.

WORKERS ARE VERY SLOW. THEIR REGISTERS WERE RINGING UP THE WRONG PRICES. TOOK ME 20 MINUTES TO CHECK OUT AND THAT DOESNT COUNT THE 10 MINUTES I SPENT IN THE LINE. THEY BALL UP YOUR RECEIPT. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!

Worst customer service a guy name thomas start to be rude to us while im doing a return and he said that he will not do the return for no reason ... rude and worst customer service even when i ask for manager they act like no manager around..

Bought 2 Craftsman hand tools last year. Just had them replaced at this store with no hassle, the manager even said, "Good customer service is what we strive for." Nice guys, will buy more tools from here.
