Absolutely terrible customer service every time I go here during the day. Theres few things more annoying when shopping, than seeing team leaders and managers standing around attempting to look important. Their happy to greet people with phony hellos, but act to good to jump on a lane and ring a few people out. There is simply no excuse for having TWO lanes open, with customers waiting 10+ minutes to check out. I counted 7 employees walking around, chitchatting and facing shelfs that didnt need it, while Im waiting behind three customers. The icing on the cake... One cashier is being trained in by two people. Apparently it takes one person to train and another to linger around the front telling customers they cant use that lane. What a joke. Maybe the managers at this location could roll their sleeves up and help out more, this is not the first time this has happened. As someone whos family spends an average of 100.00 a week here, we will be going elsewhere from now on. Would rate one star, but the cashiers here are very nice and far more helpful than the so called higher ups.

For the location that this store is located (below the poverty belt on Robert), I am beyond impressed. I have yet to encounter rude or irritated staff. Any time I call about a product, they sound happy (literally, like this is fun for them to do) to check on the product I am requesting. They price match with accuracy, and are even quite kind when I am incorrect on my request of a price match because I made an error...and they even suggest I look at other options so they can price match the product. They location is clean and well organized and only once have I seen it under-staffed and that was merely at the registers near closing time...and they had an abnormal amount of people checking out, though no special or door buster was occuring. Even so, they called for more staffing at the front and I was still able to make it through the line faster than the near by walmart on a normal day. I have always been impressed. Awesome job!

Cant believe Im one of "those" people now who is jumping on google to write a review-but Im just so pleased with my experience and see no other way to give this clinic a shout! Its wonderful. Complete opposite of going to an urgent care. I waited all of 30 seconds to get in! I saw a nurse practitioner who listened to my symptoms, told me what it could be ( I was hoping to be given antibiotics for a sinus infection, which he was convinced I did not have). Instead, he prescribed me flonase and an oral rinse for my throat. He showed me a list of other things I can do on my own and other over the counter meds that do the trick. To top it off, he gave me his business card and welcomed phone calls if I still had questions. AMAZING! Ive never felt so taken care of in a clinic setting. This will be the only place I go for common symptoms. I highly recommend it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This Target is annoyingly racist. Now, not all of the employees are, but when I, my boyfriend, and two month old baby walked in, we were followed around the store every since. Every black person is not a criminal, but I felt so disrespected by the fact that this Caucasian employee would have the audacity to call security on us because we were in the electronics section too long. We definitely have the money to buy whatever we wanted from working honest jobs. Did we look poor? No Do we look like hoodlums? No Did we touch anything? No We were just black and for some reason, being black is a crime in whites eyes. I moved to Minnesota thinking that it wouldnt be so racist due to SO many cultures and races being here. Boy, was I wrong. What a sad world we live in.

This 2-star rating only applies to the WSP Target pharmacy. They are awful. Auto refills have to be called in, which defeats the purpose of having it. Also, the estimated wait times on getting a prescription filled are always wrong, whether they say it will be 10 minutes, 20 minutes or 1 hour. Its always later than quoted. Why not just quote me the correct time and even if its 2 hours from now, so I can expect to wait a long time instead of thinking it will be ready sooner and then having to wait??? Ive called the manager to alert them that this is not "fast, fun and friendly" but have seen no improvement. Id prefer to switch pharmacies, but the prices here are much better than other places. Wish the pharmacy would be on par with the rest of the store.

This Target is a nightmare. Stood in line for 20 minutes while the cashier dealt with a literal mountian of coupons from a problem customer. The other cashier finally decided it might be a good idea to call for help after 25 minutes, twice, and nobody responded although there were multiple workers littered throughtout the store. Meanwhile said stingy customers colicky baby is screaming as she quibbles over pennies saved from her coupons. At 30 minutes, my girlfriend and I decided the single folder we were getting for her job interview was not worth the hassle and left the increasingly large line of customers. Ive worked three retail jobs and am quite sympathetic to the plight of cashiers, but all people involved in this scene were beyond inept.

This store is always busy, and Im usually waiting in line behind 2 or 3 people before I get checked out. They could stock their shelves a little better in the grocery aisles, as it seems some things are always low or out of stock. Other than that, I love this Target. Close to my house, convenient, and is always a better option than the "crazy" Walmart down the block. The only thing I would ask or change about this Target is the section of organic items for Mom/baby before and after pregnancy. I located this small section in the health/beauty department by the pharmacy in the North St Paul Target, but they dont have this at the West St Paul store. They should have this all all the Target locations!

First went to the Inver Grove Heights clinic and it has been permanently closed but this information is not reflected on the Target website. I wish the person at the front counter had greeted me, was kind, smiled, directed me on what to expect. I was more disappointed when I realized she was the provider. She made me feel uncomfortable and it seemed like she didnt care. They need doors to block the beeping, the crying kids, and the general roar of all the people. When you dont feel well youd prefer not to be right next to the loudest and busiest part of the store. I obviously didnt have the best experience and would only go back if I had no other choice.

Clean, organized and stocked well. Everything you need here. Parking lot and carts are always taken care of. Employees are polite and helpful. Usually enough lanes open. If it starts to get busy up front, there is someone who jumps in to take care of the rush. I like that. The only thing I do not care for in this store is the womens clothing department. Not bad, but they seem to have less of a selection of what Im looking for. Also, the racks are jammed in so tight that you can barely get a cart through. I tend to shop for clothing at the IGH location. They seem to have a better selection and easier to shop department. Grear store all in all.
