This used to be my only source for car parts and supplies for many years as a West Sider but Im afraid somethings gone wrong recently and Ill be going to Auto Zone across the street and the OReillys down Robert St. from now on. Went in yesterday looking for transmission fluid but was surprised to find they dont carry it in gallons, only quarts. Even Walmart has AFT in gallons! The young man at the counter who helped me was helpful and polite but he was wearing a hoodie and eating his Taco Bell lunch at the counter. I also noticed help wanted signs in the windows and on theirs parts runner trucks, all signs that this location is in trouble...lack of standard maintenance supplies, lack of enforcement of employee appearance standards and no lunch breaks for counter staff? Management and leadership issues written all over. And no, they didnt have the radiator hose I was looking for as well to top it off.

Couldnt get service. Walked across the street to AutoZone. 2 employees and 20 people in line and people holding on the phone. Definitely not a employee problem.
