Would give them no stars for rude and bad customer service was treated bad by the manager his name was Justin trying to buy a part for sure totally disrespect and was given and crazy discount compared to what the tenant wanted to give me all I wanna do is buy a part that was damaged and was trying to not get a discount Bulls offered a discount and then when spoken to the manager Justin was not capable of coming to a conclusion and was denied for me to talk to a higher manager over his head he told me there is nobody else above him after everything I went through today at CertiFit I will never ever recommend or go buy parts at CertiFit ever again

The customer service is VERY poor at CertiFit. CertiFit does not know who the heck they are hiring because the up front workers are the worst workers with VERY POOR customer service and has absolutely NO professionalism whatsoever. Horrible, but the up side is their auto body parts are great. If you want great auto body parts, CertiFit is the place to go too, but customer service is horrible. Needs better management!

Absolute idiots employeed here. Lost a $700 job because there sales associate did not clairify that the car HID and regular bulb options. So they sent me out the regular ones and when the customer dropped off the vehicle, on a Saturday which they need it back same day, we could not do the job and the very upset customer took the car and left. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Customer service is really needs to get better. Order a parts for a coupe get parts from sedan and got told that was my fault not reading receipt. I was thinking there a professional working there because parts from coupe and sedan a 90% similar and you cant see the deference until its on the car. Next time Ill use Keystone auto parts .

I need a new bumper for my car, and someone told me about this place but as a young female reading the reviews about poor customer service and rude staff I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere...its too bad that people have to be rude... I being a certifit customer for the time they open, I do feel I have to write after they talk about they service. busy place if you think they are just for you ? If you hope to get original parts, go back to car dealer and pay two or three times more. They personal is great and nice.

Worst customer service ever. Called to check whether they had parts I needed and the cost, pretty sure just calling pissed off every person I spoke to. I wont be coming here, Id honestly rather spend more money some place else than have to deal with a bunch of jerks. Negative people.

The customer services is Very Very bad. The Front counter workers were so rude. I hate going there because of them, for sure the rude guy that hands out the parts. He is so bad. I dont know where the management is..

Certifit is a busy shop. That ought to tell you something. Their parts are pretty good quality and very reasonably priced. My five star rating is based on value.
