These people are LIARS, CROOKS and THIEVES! They cringe every time the door opens and someone walks in scared that someone is coming back for revenge for getting screwed over! Every part they sold me they pulled out of the garbage can and charged me almost $500. They said if I didnt buy it all I couldnt buy the one part I needed and that they were going to throw them back in the garbage. Charged me $500 for stuff they were going to pay to get rid of.... junk stuff!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! Not to mention they said if the parts turn out to be bad WE CANNOT RETURN THEM!

I am not sure about a recent review for Action Auto Parts. Does not sound like the event could have even occurred at Action. My frequent dealings with Action Auto Parts have been very positive, from battery purchases to car and truck parts. Each person at Action has been helpful and all transactions have gone well. I would believe that if a customer ever did have a part problem at Action, that problem would get resolved.

Called Friday to ask about a bumper and a fender, told me they had them and they couldnt send me pictures but they were perfect shape. I drove 2 hours to pick them up, got there and the fender was dented, rusty and scratched and they didnt have a bumper. No where near perfect condition and wouldnt move on the $120 price for a beat up fender. I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.
