I had extensive work done on my wedding rings that had to be cut off after over 40 years of marriage. Mark Graham was so pleasant to work with and patient. In addition to resizing the three bands, a stone was repositioned and a new stone was put into the band with a modification to how it would be set. In addition, speed bumps were added to keep the ring from turning on my finger. All the work was done timely and expertly, and the rings, which were very dirty as they had not been off my hand in several years, came back sparkling like new. I was absolutely thrilled with how my rings looked and fit. The cost was very reasonable for all the work done. I would highly recommend Graham Jewlers not only for repairs, but also for the beautiful pieces of new and estate jewelry in their collection.

The service we received with Graham jewelers was amazing from the first time my husband went in to shop for my engagement ring over 4 years ago- we continue to come back! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgable, and help you feel comfortable about your purchase. Chris and Danielle are wonderful! We moved from MN to AZ about a year ago and recently my wedding ring needed service- Chris took care of shipping and everything and had my ring back to me quickly looking amazing- We have so much trust in this company- even though we live halfway across the country we will always shop Graham Jewelers when we come home to visit.

Fantastic customer service, and a gorgeous selection. I especially love their bridal suite and plethora of sample rings. The salesmen are helpful but not pushy which is wonderful. Five star company that provides five star service!! If you live in the Twin Cities this is THE place to go. Great location on Lake Street with some nice bars in the area. Honest and fair pricing makes this experience worth the while! Give them a shot...you will not be disappointed.
