I own and operate a painting company. Working for a customer we ran into issues removing the blinds, which we have done many times before. After being connected with Hammernicks, I was quickly directed to the installer familiar with their products. Via phone and text he was able to troubleshoot the issue promptly, allowing productivity to continue on my end. The quick response and very helpful guidance is much appreciated. I first met these guys through the Winter Carnival, the family owned company supports the "coolest celbration on earth" one of my big loves. So I thought I would give them a try when it came to new carpet. Boy did they show me a thing or two!! FORGET about buying cheap carpet from a big box store!! Bad advice! They told us to use TSP (trisodium phosphate) to "clean" the stains on the cedar deck before we stained it. I told Mike in paint we didnt really have any stains because it was new construction. He insisted that it was the right thing to do. The TSP MADE water stains. It looks AWFUL and I feel like this company owes us a new deck! Just sand the deck to rough up the deck. DO NOT use TSP. - heartbroken in Shoreview

Needed a stain match for repairs on a 20 year old cabinet for a customer. These guys nailed it and I only had to buy a quart. Other places I checked with wanted $20 or $30 to do the match and then would only mix in gallons at an unbelievably high cost. Hammernicks did the match for no cost and gave me a fair price on the quart of stain. Great service from a local family owned business. Thank you Hammernicks!!!
