Tried to return an item, and the "manager" flat out told me I would have to go to the store I purchased it at (30 min away) to return it because he "wouldnt be able to sell the item" and "it would just sit in his store". This is how you lose customers. No one from my company will ever shop at Sherwin-Williams again.
