Never had a bad experinece at Sherwin Williams until now. Employee, believe his name was Troy. Asked him to help find a paint color color I had previously purchased. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor to look it up. As though searching different years I may have purchased it was going to require an act of god...just type it in. He had trouble finding the right one, and proceeded to tell me he couldnt search other stores I may have purchased it from. These other reviewers are right, lazy, lazy, lazy, go elsewhere.

The young lady that helped me the other day was very pleasant. I had a stain that had colors added, which they normally dont do. She explained how to properly apply it. I was asked 3 times while I was waiting if I had been helped. The people there seemed happy and the gal that helped me did a great job.

Im a prodessional painter. I experienced a unknowledgeable and lazy staff. took forever to help me. Sold me the wrong product. Then proceeded to tell me I was wrong. Didnt even help carry my 5s of paint out. I Will NOT come back to this Sherwin williams.

There is one gal there who is always unpleasant. Hates her job obviously. Very rude. I love Sherwin Williams but will find a different location.
