I walked in at 4:30, waited at a counter while people constantly walked past me (I am the ONLY customer in the store), I gave the look of needing help, which anyone in customer service and sales would know the look, no one helped. I moved to another counter, still no help but a few more people walk by me. I go stand by the paint swatches again, another gentleman walks past while I ask for help by saying, help please with my hand up, he stares at me and continues on his merry way. It was 4:48 & not one person offered to help. Thanks for helping me find what I need. Not.

Theyve always been very helpful. Lots of samples. You can have them start a file of your paint purchases and samples do you can refer back to them on future visits.
