Tuckered Out
I hate to write a bad review, but we went here during one of their sales - it must have been under staffed. We got our paint just fine and very quickly, but I needed some assistance with the supplies. I had to ask numerous times for our sales lady to help me - I felt a bit overwhelmed as a first time painter. She finally came over for a few minutes to help me get the right rollers. Well, when we arrived home to start painting, nothing fit together. Everything she gave us was the wrong size or was mismatched. Went to another store to get more supplies. We could have used better guidance, or someone who would give us the time of day. Will not be going back.

Terrible service. I asked for tips and advice for paint matching and was told with attitude that he "didnt know what my walls looked like", then proceeded to laugh when I asked about paint samples. I do not recommend this location!

The customer service is consistently terrible at this location. I waited to purchase a gallon of Pro Classic this morning, but wasnt acknowledged by either associate so I left. Ill be going to the Richfield location from now on.
