Very friendly and helpful when I had a bad coil. Id choose Napa over the other local companies. They sold me a bucket for $4 but you get 20% off your purchase! what a deal. Only recommendation is to use a newer ODB reader when helping customers and clearing the dash idiot lights. They accidentally cleared my VSC data because the ODB reader tried to use the wrong protocol during its protocol negotiation. I had to do a zero point calibration to fix it. Kind of a pain to figure out. Update your tools to the new ones :)
