I just wanted to say the Napa staff went above and beyond in taking care of my needs when I was in a bind. I had previously gone to other stores due to hours, pricing, etc... but this Napa location has earned my business for life. They have a better selection, better know how, and better customer service than any other shop in town and that is well worth a few bucks more, or having to wait an hour for them to open. I never once got the feeling that they were "too busy" for me as a customer like I had in other nearby stores, nor did they try to cram me into the "year, make model" box and were willing to hear my situation out and offer GREAT service and advice. I would come here again and I am happy to recommend that anyone else comes here as well.
