Absolute horrible experience. Not only was the man behind the counter rude, but he sold me the wrong item. When I got home and took my car apart, I realized very quickly that it was not the right piece. I called the man (I believe his name is Jeff) to see how late the store was open and to advise him I would be in to get the correct item, his response was "Well, unless you get here in 3 minutes, youre out of luck until tomorrow." Thanks for nothing, Napa.

Bad customer service he couldnt find my auto part and said if we were sure if the year model was correct I think I know what I drive lol idiot I rather stick with my town Napa and he cant handle pressure when theres to many customers.

The gentleman that owns the store is really nice and will try and help you as much as possible it is a little over priced but beats driving 30 minutes to the next auto parts store especially with great service
