WOW! I mean seriously, WOW! Far superior to anything I could have hoped for. Drove up from Rochester, MN after seeing an ad for a 2014 Honda CR-V, but only after scanning the reviews for this company. I was initially skeptical, thinking nobodys that good, but Oleg proved me very wrong. They are not only that good, but completely off the charts (Google needs a 6th star). Felt very good about the car from the outset, even though it was a salvage; they were very good about explaining the salvage process, including state inspections. Saying Oleg is a character, is putting it mildly, saying he he is eccentric is closer but not quite there. He is evangelical about his life and his conduct; really liked him. Liked him even more after taking the car into a trusted friends auto shop (Heartland Tire) in Rochester to have the car checked out. First comment from them was, "You got a really good deal!" Second comment, "We cant even detect were the damage was. The repair was THAT good!" Third comment was a little less comforting, "Looks like they missed a ding in the drive shaft. Its hard to see or feel, but a good mechanic can sense the vibration between 40 and 60 on a smooth road. Not a major problem, but it will cause the u-joints to wear out a little faster." I called up Oleg (by now 2 to 3 weeks had passed due to Christmas activities) and he told me to bring it up when it was convenient. Finally got it up a week later and dropped it off on a Saturday. Talked to Oleg on Monday morning and he said the car would be ready the next day. I asked if he saw the problem, to which he said "Yes, we will be replacing the drive shaft today." Now I hope you understand, this is NOT an inexpensive fix. I initially said he could just get it balanced and I would be happy, but he said no, I would rather do it right. Like I said WOW!

I went in on a Wednesday to look at a Honda Fit and when I got there the spare tire was on it. I asked inside and they said there was a piece of metal in the regular tire but they were going to fix it. While they were doing that a VW Passat caught my eye. I noticed the "Service Engine" light was on and was getting a little disheartened. So I asked about that and a couple other cars. But one salesman was helping other customers and the other salesman was at lunch. By this time they had already fixed the Fit and had the tire back on. They were on it! But I was more interested in the VW by this time. So when Ed returned from lunch he showed us the Passat, told me that the service engine light was simply for the oil and let me take it out for test drive. I loved it! It had a salvage title because all the VW emblems and the spare tire had been stolen but it had never been in an accident. They referred us to a bank for a loan, but we ended up going to our hometown bank and securing a car loan. The process took about 3 days, and Ed held the car for us. We were able to pick up Saturday afternoon! He was able to answer every question I had about it and also pointed out the dings in the hood. (for which I was kind of thankful because I didnt even see them and would have thought I put them there!) If it wasnt so dang far away (about a 90 minute drive for me) I would definitely go there next time I need a vehicle!

My over all experience buying a mini van at ONG was a great experience. I worked with Ed who was down to earth and not a stereo typical car sales men; meaning no pressure or games. He spent the time answering all our questions and going through each vehicle in detail. We had such a positive experience that I felt compelled to pass this great place on to others. Great price the "prior salvaged title" was not a problem with insurance coverage. The car was clean and in working order. We were re assured with the 90 day 3k miles bumper to bumper coverage. I wanted to wait to write this review encase something came up. Two things. The financing with credit union had a hiccup but we were still able to drive away with the minivan and sorted out details days later. We also wanted an extra key which the Apple Chrysler had to program. The Apple Chrysler dealer screwed up the key with Fab so we had to drive an hour to go back and program the key. My point, ONG auto delivered and the actual Chrysler deal screwed up. Lastly, a week later we noticed a drip on the garage floor and Ed told us to bring it in. Bad axial seal fixed and replaced I 1.5hrs. Have not had problems since. Great experience, I would definitely recommend! Thanks ONG

EDIT to respond to the owner: Im not sure whats going on with the reply below. It looks like maybe they are trying to change names and are now claiming I never bought from their company under the new name. ___________________________________ Vehicle was missing all headrests but the drivers, my mistake for assuming they would be a cheap find at a junk yard. Also was missing drivers side floor mat which I did not expect since the mats were piled up in the trunk of the vehicle. Be sure to make sure its all there. Was told there was a 90 day warranty. Had an issue with the hood not opening within the first few weeks. That was fixed, and it was also suggested that they might be able to get me a headrest. When I followed up about the headrest there was no response. Had another problem with the vehicle 60 days in and I was ignored again. If you find what you want, make sure everything is there or price out whats missing, and dont expect a prompt response or any response if theres a problem.

We could not be any happier with the service provided by Ed and the others at Ace Auto! We were looking for a van for our growing family and had seen several options online. I called in and spoke with Ed about the vehicles we were interested in and he gave me great information about each one. We live an hour away from Ace but wanted to check it out since he had so many great options in one place and had been so helpful on the phone. The buying process was quick and easy! Shortly after we purchased the van we started having some issues and since we live an hour away we took it to our local mechanic who could not find the problem. We called Ed and he told us to bring it in. They took a look at it and were not only able to quickly diagnose the problem but also fixed it that very same day so that we didnt have to make multiple trips. If you are looking for a great used car for a great price, and amazing customer service this is the place to go! It was well worth the hour drive for us!

Oleg & the ONG Auto folks rock! We bought a mini-van (14 Toyota Sienna) there last month, and had a great experience. TAnd we saved thousands of dollars (of course, it was a "repairable."). They were timely in response to our texts/calls, and forthright with information about the van. Had a pre-purchase inspection done independently in Shakopee from a mechanic and they knew were very familiar with ONGs work and the quality of it, and spoke highly of them. I was impressed to the degree that ONG did indeed honor their 90-day service warranty: we had a breakdown (alternator) two hours from the cities. ONG came and got it, (on a weekend!), replaced the alternator, and we were back on the road a few days later. Oleg is a man of his word. I recommend ONG to you, I have already to at least 5 friends, and I know where I am going when we need our next vehicle. God bless your work, Oleg & ONG!
