Do NOT buy from these liars and cheats! I only give 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. We found a car online, went to look at it, test drove it (about 50 miles), and had my brother (a mechanic) inspect it. It was in great shape, no leaks. We left a deposit and came back on the weekend for my daughter to purchase the car. Another visual inspection (again, nothing leaking) and another test drive (about 30 miles). We could tell they had done something in the engine since wed left the deposit. They claimed they replaced a sensor, and a bolt was missing from the engine block, but everything still looked good. Wed seen the same car at the lot next door and asked Garza to match the price. $500 less than what we were going to pay. They refused, so we asked for our deposit back to go buy the other car. As we were halfway out the door, they called us back and said they would go $500 less and they would replace the missing bolt, but not the missing headrests. No problem. As we signed paperwork, they took the car to the back and kept it for over an hour. I dont know what they were doing, but within 35 miles of driving after the purchase, the car was dead, the engine went into safety mode which happens before it seizes from having no oil. We called to see if they could help and they said they would send a tow truck. They never did. We called again to ask about returning it or having them look at it and again, they promised a tow truck to pick it up and try to fix it. This went on for a week. The manager was never available to speak to us, never returned our calls, and when we finally did get through to "Angie" she claimed they had no tow truck, they would fix it but wed have to pay for it, and it was too late to return it. When I explained again what had happened and that I was considering legal action, she just said "Go ahead!" The mechanic we brought it to said the two gaskets in the engine were completely destroyed and it looked like it had been done on purpose. There were still pieces of the gaskets there, but they were ripped up. They refilled the fluids and tested it and oil was pouring out of it. I cant prove it, but it sure seems like it was tampered with. The mechanic was willing to testify in court that he thought so too. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!!

I JUST PURCHASED A 2007 CHEVY H H R FROM GREG AT GARZA MOTORS. I WAS A GM DEALER IN JEFFERSON IOWA FOR 30 YRS AND HAVE BOUGT HUNDREDS OF CARS FROM OTHER DEALERS. I HAVE TO SAY THAT MY TREATEMENT HERE AND HONESTY HAS BEEN THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD--NO JOKE ! NO HORSING AROUND OR PRESSURE. GREG GAVE ME THE KEYS AND SAID LOOK IT OVER AND TEST DRIVE IT. THEY HAD QUOTED ME A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND I TOLD GREG I WOULD TAKE IT AND WHATS THE PRICE ? AND IT WAS THE SAME ! NO HIDDEN CHARGES OR ADD ONS OR TRYING TO SELL ME ANYTHING ELSE. GREG TOLD ME THE REPAIRS THAT THEY HAD DONE TO IT AND I BELIEVED HIM. ON THE WAY HOME WE STOPPED FOR A SANDWICH AND THE KEY WOULDNT GET ME BACK IN THE CAR--I CALLED GREG AND THE DEALERSHIP CALLED A LOCKSMITH TO COME AND OPEN IT AT NO CHARGE TO ME W O W. WHEN WE GOT HOME I TOOK IT TO HAVE THE OIL CHANGED AND WHILE ON THE LIFT I INSPECTED IT. IT HAD NEW TIRES NEW FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS NEW SUSPENSION LINKS AND NEW BAttery-- JUST LIKE GREG TOLD ME. HOW WONDERFUL TO FIND THAT I DID BUSINESS WITH AN HONEST CAR DEALERSHIP AND SALESMAN. WE LOVE THE CAR AND ARE VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NEEDING A DIFFERENT CAR A PLACE YOU CAN TRUST WITH A BIG SELECTION.

If youre looking at buying a car here, make sure you get it checked over by a mechanic first. I took a car for a test drive, liked it, negotiated a price and was happy to purchase but first I took it to a mechanic to have it checked. Despite Garza informing me that their mechanic ensures all of their vehicles are running well and are free of mechanical issues, the mechanic I took the car to showed me that it was leaking oil in several places. I took the car back to the dealer and told them that if they could fix the issue I would still purchase the car. The dealer assured me they would amend this and he told me a few days later that the repairs had been done. I went back to look at the car again, took it to the same mechanic to have it checked, and found out that no repairs had been done whatsoever, the car was exactly the same as before. Although I found the salesman, Greg, to be very helpful and friendly, the owner Victor, was deceptive and dishonest. If you are looking at getting a car here make sure you have it checked by a mechanic first.

My wife and I were in the market for a new car, so we stopped by. You can guess by the name of the dealership that everyone there speaks spanish, and Im personally cool with that. However, as we perused the lot, we saw a Jetta that we both really liked and seemed like they were asking for a fair price. We turned to the salesman to ask him some questions about financing, and it was easily apparent that he didnt know enough english to answer any questions beyond mileage and price. We ended up walking away simply because we couldnt comfortably converse with the car salesman when we otherwise would have gladly bought a car from them.

We have bought 2 cars, a Jetta and a Beetle, from Victor at Garza Motors. We also referred my brother there and he bought a Passat! We have been very pleased with our purchases. Our cars were in great condition and a real value for the money Victor charged us. Since we bought our cars we have returned to Garza for all of the service. We have found Garza Motors to be about half the price of everywhere else. We continue to recommend Victor and Garza Motors to our friends and family. Steve H. Minneapolis.

I have bought two cars from Garza Motors. I bought the first car at their location in Shakopee and the second one a couple years later at the Chaska location. I have been thrilled with Victor and the Garza team. My cars have been great! The prices were better then anywhere else I looked. I have referred several friends to Victor and I have had praise from them as well! I am looking for a Passat now. I will be buying it from Victor at Garza Motors!

I bought a mazda 3s 2007 in great condition and it drives very well! Victor, the owner,was very nice and did not pressure me. Im also in sales/customer service and he did a heck of a job! He responded to any inquires in a timely fashion and worked with my credit agency to get them what they needed quickly. Overall,a great experience and will def be back in the future!
