Wish I could give 0 stars. Talked to (more like conned by) Ernest "trey" Levron on fb about a 2003 Jeep Liberty they had for sale. Told me it was in great mechanical condition. Car was even advertised as "Drives great, runs perfect". I told Trey I was hesitant to buy from a dealer because I have heard of the dishonesty. I was simply looking for old and reliable, under 200k miles, but RELIABLE. Didnt want to be in the shop right after buying the car. I had been looking for a private sale for a couple days and couldnt find anything trustworthy, I was in a jam and needed a car. So, I took a chance on Orr Ford in Stonewall. Came to look at the Jeep, drove it around, ran well, everything worked inside, everything under hood was good, tires new, interior great. Seemed like the perfect buy. Again, Trey told me there was NOTHING wrong with vehicle other than needing shocks in the future and some window motor issues, no biggie. Against my better judgement, I trusted Trey and Orr Ford and took the car without having a mechanic check it out. Shame on me for that. BUT, shame on Orr for LYING and selling me a car that within the FIRST 4 HOURS had the check engine light. Catalytic converter is done, day 2, front end squeaking starts. Ball joints and arms on front end are done as well. Trey told me they had the car for a week and test drove it "quite a bit" and had no issues. Thats a total LIE. Mechanic told me the joints had to have been sprayed to keep the squeak at bay and check engine light? Reset. Total cost for repairs -1500$ I feel completely douped and upset that they would sell a car knowing it was bad. They can say they didnt know, but thats a lie. Theres no way they didnt know unless their mechanic didnt bother looking or is incompetent. Both are just as bad. DONT buy a car from here. Go elsewhere. Ill be filing a report with the BBB shortly. UPDATE: After contacting the dealership, I learned the original salesman who I had dealt with was fired. Dont know why... The dealership gave me 500 dollars off the original agreed price of 4k. I honestly think Im lucky I even got that. They insisted the car was fine for the well they had it, but ball joints dont wear down in a day and a catalytic converter doesnt go bad in a few hours (in my opinion). Mechanics agreed. I appreciate the reduced price of vehicle, but in the end, Im still out 1k dollars and I wont be coming back to Orr in Stonewall.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I talked to Dora Hatcher in the sales department and she obviously has no idea what she is talking about. I asked her to give me an estimate on a trade in value for my 2007 F-150, which when it had 120k miles got two separate dealerships to offer 12k and 13k. She said she could give me worst case scenario for my completely functional vehicle in what I assumed would probably be around 7-10k just because they had not laid eyes on it yet. She then proceeded to get more information on it by asking me the mileage and I told her 130k. That is apparently all she had to hear to make her uneducated decision! She said that being a gas vehicle that was way too high miles and I could not get much for it, and just out of curiosity I asked what she was thinking. She then with confidence stated if she was doing my appraisal that she would only give me 1,000 dollars... that is 1k?!?!?!?!?!?! My level link and tires cost more than that! My sister sold her Mazda tribute with a blown transmission for 1,500 dollars and this ignorant woman offers me 1k for my 4wd, super crew cab, very well cared for F-150?!?!?! I dont even feel like I have to tell you not to do business here because two minutes talking to this SALES MANAGER you would realize they are crooks and morons! Oh and you cant even bypass her because I tried talking to any other sales person, heck I would have talked to a monkey eating a banana and got more useful conversation, and the receptionist stated that all sales calls go to her.

We had the best of customer service with Sandy Glover! She sold us a truck 6 months ago going above anything we expected to work it out so that we could drive it home that day. We came back to have service done on the truck with no intentions of buying a car but wanted to see what we needed to do to get ready to buy a car....she worked her magic again and we drove home my 2015 Ford Fiesta that day!!! I have NEVER had any sales person work that hard to get me into the car I wanted before or care so much about if we were satisfied with any part of the process of purchasing a vehicle. Janet in finance worked with the budget we gave her to assure us we could afford the vehicles we purchased. In the end both my husband and I got the vehicles we wanted and couldnt be happier with the professionalism and customer care we received! Top that with that awesome grill sitting on our patio from the truck purchase AND the super tailgating package (which went well with our camping gear) we got with my car and its the icing on the cake! When our teenager is ready for a ride of his own you can bet we will be back...looking for Sandy to buy it as well!! It is certainly worth the drive to Stonewall to purchase from Jimmy Granger!!!!!

My experience at Jimmy Granger Ford was awful. The customer service was great but, the way my boyfriend and I were tossed around was ridiculous. One minute we have the car and the next there was always something else they needed. I thought by having a co-signer it would help you get a car. They explained to me that the co-signer has to be living with you. Not only did I have a trade in truck that was valued at 5,000$ ( which we thought should have been more) with rebates it should have brought the "down payment" to 7,500$. Which then we were told that we had the car, and we synced our name into the car along with the password, the keys were even given to us but then there was something else, clearly. They wanted 3,000 dollars cash in order to get the car. Which would bring the down payment to 10,500$ I am sorry but, I have a 4 month old baby I cannot afford 3,000$ and 10,000 dollars is down payment for a house. I just thought it was very unprofessional that we were thrown around for 14 and a half hours in two days.

My wife and I had been talking to Gator on the phone before we even drove from Texas to look at a car. My wifes car was about to give out on her and we needed to get her another car fast. After we finally drove over and met Gator he tried to find the best vehicle for our money. We went looking for a used SUV and ended up getting a brand new 2015 car. Gator made sure that we was taken care of and knowing our car was on its last leg he really made sure the deal went through to get us into a new car. Jimmy Granger Ford is a car lot sorry a family that I will recommend anyone to go to when you need a new or used car. these guys stayed there till 10pm making sure everything was good with the deal for our car (my wifes car) and never complained about staying late. I have had bad experiences with car dealers and hate going to look for a new car but Jimmy Granger Ford made it worth my time. Ask for Gator and tell him Andrew sent you.
