I would never recomend this place to anyone, they are very rudeand have no clue what ostumer service should look like. I went here because I have had great service at other fantastic sams. I walked in and was told it would be a 15 minute wait, not a big deal for walking in. However, the wait ended up being more than 70 minutes, i eventually had to leave. There were 2 people who walked in after me and were obviously friend of the stylists and were bumped in front of me and the other lady waiting. No one even bothered to explain to me that there was a chsnge in time. In fact no one said a word to me untill I was walking out the door, obviously unhappy.

The stylists are great and I often have good service but they desperately need new management! It is Saturday, they said they are closing today at noon due to lack of stylists. They are closed on Sunday and Monday as well. Someone get in there and help manage this place!!!!

Door says open 9am to 8pm, went on a Friday at 645pm. Lady says if you arent on the waitlist, you have to come back tomorrow. Small paper sign on window says they close at 7 on Fridays.... first time Ive ever seen that. Goodbye Fantastic Sams.

I went into the New Prague location. WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER HAD!!! Had to go to another stylist to straighten out the mess they made of my hair. Missed large portions of hair. The gal I had shouldnt be allowed to touch anyones hair!!!

"When you can get in" they do a good job. The problem is getting in. They are never open. They have posted hours on the door then below that is a hand written sign with "other" hours that are nowhere close to that. So good luck.

Horrible service! Tell you its a 10-15 minute wait and 30 minutes later your still not being helped! Not to mention the staff walks out with 15 minutes left of their shift, with multiple people waiting!

The stylist here are very nice and do a good job. However I do have to agree with others that the lack of staff and shortened days/hours does make it difficult to get in.
