I am SO frustrated with the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens. When all our prescriptions were transferred here after Rainbow Foods closed, we figured wed give it a try. After more than a year and probably 20-30 times of saying, "Weve got to find a better pharmacy," Im finally going to do it. We are a family of 4 with a LOT of prescriptions. I am at the pharmacy every single week, and almost every week there are issues. I completely understand when things are held up because a doctors approval is needed or something. Im talking about issues where * Ive been told a refill is ready, but I get there, and its not * I have a rx for a drug thats normally OTC but the rx allows me to get a full-months supply--but the pharmacy tech didnt fill it properly so I have to come back again the next day * The cashier doesnt know how to unlock her cashier drawer * Their system shows a rx has been filled, but they cant physically find it, so I have to wait 20 minutes while they refill it * Its so understaffed that 8 drive-thru customers are served in the time Im at the pharmacy counter (just me--not me and other customers) * I check the refill status online and it says its ready for pickup, but I arrive at the pharmacy and it is NOT ready for pickup Anyway, today, after another terrible experience at the pharmacy, Im finally having all my prescriptions transferred to Target. Ive never had such consistently poor service from any company in my life. The only reason weve kept coming is that its such a pain to move all our rxs elsewhere. But thats what well be doing now.

My son had an asthma attack and this pharmacy did not have the medicines needed and when they did have it they said they were waiting for Doctor to call and approve. I went there two days in a row and still no RX Then I refilled his nebulizer meds and they of course did not have enough medicine on shelf and I needed to come back tomorrow for other portion. I asked tech will you have this fillled or do I need to call it in and she said no it will be filled right away. I came today and they did NOT fill RX and they do not have enough on shelf. I asked her also why my steroid never got filled either and she said that was on backorder. I asked her my goodness whats going on here lately and she said two techs are gone and the pharmacy manager left too. I am seriously thinking of moving on from this place. Enough is enough. I really wouldnt even give them one star.

Thank you Walgreens for your excellent service. I only had 1 bad experience that was in 2005 as she is no longer there. Since then, I have nothing but high regards for the people working here as well as the service. I would not think about doing business with no other pharmacy.

Lots of complaints but Ive never had a problem- prescriptions always ready quickly, never a wait in the drive-thru, just dont go during peak late afternoon/early evening hours as is true with any pharmacy.
