If I could give it 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrific; the cashier played on her phone while I waited for her to simply DO HER JOB. I bought shea butter shampoo, but meant to get the hair lotion. I returned less than 10 minutes later with the receipt to make an exchange & this *** tells me its against state law to make exchanges.!! I spend too much $ in that place to have my intelligence insulted for 1, and to put up with that ridiculous display of service for 2. They need a reminder of who keeps them employed. NEVER RETURNING. Hope they shut it down #BoycottMidK

I am literally so embarrassed I will NEVER NEVER NEVER go into this store again. If I could give this a 0 I would. I asked a simple question and the lady yelled the answer to me so I was like okay and continued to walk around the store and not even 5 ft away these woman are making fun of me and calling me names. I left crying from embarrassment. I saw this store had a bad review on here with customer service but I didnt know it was this bad. NEVER GOINNG AGAIN FIX YOUR EMPLOYEES

Staff stays on their cell phones instead of helping you. You have to literally ask multiple times until you get their attention. They wont even help you look for products. They just point you in directions as if I can find the stuff. The hair is expensive compared to Vanitys Rhys why I never go there I love Vanity hair store on MLK, its cheaper and very nice useful staff.

I love their selection of $1 earrings and hair accesories. I buy my daughters shampoo, conditioners, oils, etc. I always tell people to check out Mid-K when they compliment my earrings or my daughters hair. I love their selection and shop there often. The staff is usually helpful and informative. They sell much more than just weave and wigs so I recommend to everyone :)

TERRIBLE!!! Worst hair shop ever! They have the worst customer service I have ever seen! They are rude and dont seem to understand that without the customers they would not have jobs! There is one girl that really needs to be fired, because she is very disrespectful and doesnt know how to control her attitude. This store needs a whole new staff, or get shut down.

The owner is very passive aggressive and disrespectful. I will never go back to his store. Customer service is very important to me. His aggressive behavior was unnecessary and uncalled for. He was rude to me and my peers. This is my opinion and my experienced at that hair store.
