Susan and the folks that work with her are all "dog" people! Susans years of experience in the industry have always helped her friends--2 and 4-legged with the best of nutrition and health concerns. Now she has her own shop - Total Dog Company...a place to shop, visit, bring your well-mannered pups along and get access to the best and latest in all things "dog". You wont find the "grocery" store stuff here! Just the best for our pals...and dont think this means expensive! Feeding good food is more cost-effective in more than just food dollars! Stop by and visit! Its a great place to go for all things dog!

Sue (owner) and her staff are extremely dedicated to the well being of their customers pets; the health of the pet(s) are their utmost concern. The selection of GOOD food for your dog(s) is excellent, and the staff is very knowledgeable about every brand they carry. They have treats that are healthy, and unique toys that you wont find in a big-box store. Although the store is smaller, you may find yourself spending good, quality time there shopping, learning, and visiting with the dog or dogs that are in the store on that particular day. I highly recommend this store!!

The staff is very knowledgeable, they only sell American/Candian products, they will suggest a cheaper food brand that is compatible to many more expensive ones, only store that carries a product (conditioner) that takes thistle clumps out of fur, awesome bone selection, they give honest assessment of toys, they have rabbit treats, love punch card discount, they will special order, and always hosting events like dog adoptions and product reps on weekends. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Sue and the store are great! I have dogs of very differing conditions, and she has a great variety of toys, treats, and food to fit them all. From my sport dog to the tiny pup, to my elderly boxer, sue understands that there isnt a 1 size fits all solution, and has helped me customize each dogs food, etc. to fit them and adjust as the dogs grow and age. And the pups always love the treats and attention!

Found TDC a few years ago. As a new dog owner I blindly went to Petco and was happy to find Total dog company. Theres a day and night difference between the two. Nothing but good quality food on the shelves with an array of prices. FB page keeps you up to date on things such as industry recalls. Guests visit to offer services or new products. Knowledgeable staff.

Total Dog Company has the best selection of premium dog food Ive ever seen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dog, Mabel, loves visiting the store and always finds something she wants. They have a punch card loyalty program, 12 punches and you get $10 off your next purchase. You gotta love that!

Really nice small business. Workers always have dogs there, very helpful with any questions you have. You tend to pay a bit more for supplies, but you get great quality products. We buy all of our dog food here. Victory Premium grain free food is our go to.
