This isnt the biggest store and wont have the selection of your local Petsmart or Petco, but I think its definitely worth it. It seems to be a much smaller-scale pet supplies shop that has much more focus on quality than quantity. The people that work there are always happy to help you and are very courteous, and help you pick out exactly what you need, not just point out what is most expensive. Their herps all look healthy and happy, I have yet to find dead or sad looking fish in their aquariums, and they always have a large, quality selection of feeder creatures available. Also, their inventory varies in brands, sizes, types, etc. from Petco and Petsmart, which is great if youre looking for something a little different. My experience was with their aquarium sizes. Petco/smart had the usual 10-25-75 gallon glass tanks. Pet Supplies Plus had 2.5, 5.5, 15 gallon tanks that were a little out of the ordinary and fit my space availability perfectly. This is THE best pet store in Bloomington. Every employee is very happy and helpful. The selection is very good. The prices cant be beat. Theyll also price match from competitors (including coupons)! The other major store in Bloomington (C&Ds), is always more expensive. Do yourself a favor and shop here for all of your pets needs!

Nice store with decent prices, but the employees here could use a good lesson or two in professionalism. Nothing bad said to directly to me, but they were mocking the previous customer very loudly and rudely in an aisle right next to the registers. Their comments may keep me from being a repeat customer.

Great place to get good quality pet food. A huge amphibians section too! Friendly staff that always greet you at the door. Any dog or cat toy or accessory you can think of can be found here. Good selection given the smaller scaled size of the store. Definitely prefer this place over the top brand places.

This store has just about anything that your pet needs. The staff is vet friendly and will give you good suggestions to help you get just what your pet needs. They are very concerned and care about your pets. This is my first choice for my pets needs.

This place is the worst! Terrible customer service. Clueless employees, dont always honor their coupons. I would suggest a different pet supply plus store or go to Chuck and Dons. Way better. This place is terrible!!!!

Great place to get just about anything for your cat or dog. I think the have a section for rabbits and birds too. Extremely friendly employees as well.
