My wife and I went to this location to work and my wife ordered a decaf drink as she is pregnant and not advised to have caffeine. She clearly ordered her drink as decaf and the attendant proceeded to make it without saying a word. About halfway through her drink she realized the decaf box wasnt checked and started feeling the affects of caffeine. She went up to confirm that her drink was indeed decaf and the attendant told her that they dont offer that drink in decaf. My wife asked why she wasnt informed of this and told the woman that she was pregnant. The attendant didnt offer an apology or to refund the money. My wife simply told her she could dump the drink and that was the end of the interaction. Its absolutely ridiculous that she was not informed before the consumption that the drink was not decaf. Even more appalling was the lack of recognition of the error on the attendants part! We will not be returning. Check your drinks. Heaven forbid you have a heart condition and get a caffeinated beverage!

I came to get a specific book. I wandered around for a while but could not find it. There did not seem to be any employees available to help. I went to the check out line and waited for my turn. There were two employees working check out and five customers in line. By the time it was my turn there was only employee working check out. I asked if they stocked the book and was told "Were not allowed to look up books here. You need to go to customer service." I asked if they were able to look up items at that register and the employee said yes but they werent allowed to because they had customers waiting in line. I would suggest having more employees on staff to help, having a computer kiosk where customers can look up inventory and locations or just allow your employees to help your customers.

Been going there for years. Always had good service with books, Mocha, etc. Miss the big overstuffed chairs but they obviously did not promote the rapid in and out visits that help rack up profits. Of course, those big overstuffed chairs were something Amazon did not offer during my on-line visits. Might do well to rethink the hidden value of big overstuffed chairs B&N. Might be too late though. I see Amazon now has big overstuffed Homelegance Freya Double Reclining Loveseats in Taupe for only $738.94 with free shipping. Man, they look comfortable.

The selection there is pretty poor for the Science Fiction section. Certain staple authors are missing entirely, while others who belong in the SciFi section are off in other areas such as Teen Adventure. I am completely dissatisfied with the available selection. The section is also very small. I understand that there are so many books, and only so much shelf space, but honestly, I think the games can be banished to make room for books.

Nicer location, lots of space. Decent sized cafe location for sitting, benches and other areas for sitting as well spaced throughout the store. Seems to be that the toy section is taking over the store. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Oh, who doesnt love a bookstore? While not an indie, they do have a wide variety of books as well as games, discount books, magazines, stationery, greeting cards, a childrens section, electronic readers (nook) and a small cafe.
