You always have to wait in line to get help finding books and they always try to get you to purchase a membership for discounts. They have a decent selection in the store. I love going to the store to get books vs buying online. Unfortunately their business model is going to cause them to close. They do not price match their books to their online store. If you want something, its better to go online and have it delivered straight to your house. Otherwise, its a good store if you cant wait for delivery.

I went there to look for manga. I didnt know they would have manga but they had a lot. I was looking for soul eater manga vol. 1 they didnt have it on the shelves, so I asked a guy if he had one in the back. The guy couldnt leave the DVD part of the store so he called a guy down who was older. I thought well he not going to know what it is. But the guy showed him a picture of the manga and he came back before I could even look at the shelves again.

I always have a good experience at B&N in Eden Prairie. The staff is very friendly and gives good recommendations for books I havent thought of before. And if they dont have a book in store, they offer a few ways to get it to me quickly, which I appreciate. Plus the store has great merchandise. I can do all of my gift shopping there!

Didnt actually go there yet..but I am sure glad I didnt have to sit on hold for 10 minutes. then take another 10 minutes to write a bad review about it. They should know what you are looking for before you tell them and answer your questions ahead of everybody else in line. I give a poor rating to the previous poor rating.

Barnes and Noble is a pretty good store to find the books you need. Theyre pretty helpful to find the books you need or are looking for. The only thing that never makes sense to me is that their online bookstore usually has the book for cheaper by a lot so they appear to be making themselves obsolete.

The booksellers are really helpful every time I need something. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and I can never resist sitting down at the cafe for coffee and a good read. I can even bring my laptop and just relax. This B&N is an important feature in Eden Prairie.

Love this place. The staff are always cheerful and extremely helpful. And knowledgeable. Great selection. Lots of good stuff for kiddos too. Each time Ive been there the checkout lines have been fast. The store is kept clean and tidy, as well as the bathrooms.

This Barnes and Noble is very well-organized and well-lit. I love the large windows in the cafe which really let in the natural light when you are sitting in the comfortable chairs, reading a book and sipping some of the delicious coffee from the Starbucks.

Whoever is in charge of hiring people definitely fail psychology! The customer service is getting worse. They hiring people who had terrible manners and definitely needs a lot more training. I wasnt comfortable being with the new employees working there.

Staff is helpful. The selection is great and most books are easy to find. Staff are more than happy to help. Good place to study and they have outlets. Since youre in a mall, you can go get food elsewhere if youndont like the café.

Sometimes it does help to actually see a book before buying, so this comes in handy. Also, so times when you have to go to the mall for someone else to shop, this can be a nice alternative to just chill out at the coffee shop.
