HPB is one of the best places to find great reads, music, and movies. I always come by to check out their clearance section, where you can find movies for $2 or $3, even Blu-ray and full television seasons. This is my home store, although I have been to the other HPB in Roseville, St. Paul, and elsewhere. Never had a bad experience, and they are awesome about returns and giving discounts. Thank you HPB!!!

Brought in two books from my personal collection when I was in a tight spot about two weeks ago, was lowballed hard. They offered 1$ for both. One I could understand being a translation, the other was a first print first edition of the ice man cometh. I felt pretty insulted when I asked why only a dollar and the dude said "I can buy a first edition on Amazon for 10."

Absolutely terrific. Old and new. Great place to gauge the physical market of videogame collectibles, rsvp items from the website. Located next to food/coffee/shopping options. So, a person could really make a day revolving around Half Price Books.

Their book/item purchasing is a joke, but they sell things at a good price. They struggle with stock rotation in a lot of areas that I am interested in like graphic novels and fantasy but every now and then Ill find something I like.

I used to find lots of great books for my classroom here. Now the children.s section is far smaller and has less selection. I.m also not a big fan of the new layout of the store.

I love this location! Has a larger than average religion section, which I appreciated. Big window front, feels larger than most HPBs. Plus right next door to a Caribou. Win-win!
