Such fantastic service! I brought in frames I had purchased online, and was kindly helped immediately. I gave Veronica my prescription, and she said my new lenses would be ready in about 15-20 minutes. And they were! She then made sure my new glasses fit perfectly. Kathy and Veronica are such warm, competent businesswomen; no wonder the shop has such rave reviews!

Really good shop. Owl optical has well curated, eclectic collection of glasses you wouldnt find at chain stores. Theyve got Matsuda and Seraphin, which are tougher to find makes in the twin citites, as well as a slew of other great options. The customer service was on point and overall it was a great experience.
