Extremely unsafe, extremely unfriendly and uncaring staff, and extremely shady service. Went there earlier today to check out and test drive the 2007 4.2L Audi A8L that they had available, and was instantly met by a wet, dark, and quite musty smelling show room... unimpressive and quite unprofessional. After taking a quick tour of what could only be called a flooded basement showroom I headed into the office and had to actually make an ahem to get the attention of anyone. The employee came out acting as if he was so surprised that we were there even though they had a DING on the door... I told him I was interested in the Audi A8 and sure enough he offered a test drive, collected the vehicle, and even heated the seats for myself and my family. Before we left for the test drive he mentioned the tires were a bit low due to the weather, sure enough the information display had a low tire warning on it. Unfortunately I hadnt checked the tires tread or pressure as he hadnt made it out to be a huge deal, simply saying that it was slightly low. Everything was okay I first, I noticed that it felt a bit slippery which wasnt that surprising considering the 8 - 10 inches of snow we had gotten, but I simply attributed that to my unfamiliarity with the car. Once I was on the freeway, I decided to test the brakes a bit further back to ensure that they were okay and working properly... this was when the tires locked up, the brakes became stiff as a rock, and the sound of squealing tires could be heard. Ive been driving a fair while and there was literally nothing on the road, a tiny bit of slush/snow as expected, but no ice... I always test before I drive. The brakes were unresponsive and I was sliding right towards a truck around 300 feet ahead of me.. The car finally lost control and the tail swung out causing me to jerk roughly to the side and swing the rather large front of the car into oncoming traffic.. luckily traffic got the clue and stayed back and within two seconds I had recovered from the spin-out and moved back into the lane having now realized that the car had bad brakes and tires. Not once did the employee(s) mention that the brakes or tires were bad, and unfortunately with the way 394 is laid out I had to backtrack a long ways to finally get back to the dealership with my entire family scared for our lives in what we nicknamed the metal death trap... Once we got back to the dealership we saw the tread on the tires was gone, but the inflation was fine. We mentioned what had happened as a warning to others that may have wished to test drive that car, and the employee blew us off attempting to say that it didnt have winter tires and that the Quattro system right at that point a member of my family cut him off letting him know that my current Audi A4 Quattro has 0 issue with the snowy weather... even performing better than this A8 had today, even though the A4 was driving in the middle of last nights blizzard when road conditions were FAR worse. Clearly these guys are either very stupid or uncaring, either way I would NOT trust them, nor would I buy a car from them.. Do not trust your familys lives with one of their cars, because they didnt even replace the windshield wipers causing the windshield to become messy with salt atop of the braking and tire issues...

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Bought a Subaru from here and was assured nothing was wrong with it and the oil had been changed. I was shown the carfax which only told me that whoever owned the vehicle before me had regularly changed the oil, with only 87,000 miles the price was fair but the guy wasnt willing to drop any lower and told me about the 3 emails he had asking about the car. A week after I bought the car it started leaking coolant, figured it was a leaky connection somewhere. After replacing the AC belt which was bad when I bought the car I looked further into the coolant leak finding out the head gasket was leaking. I got the car fixed and sure enough there was residual from "stop-leak" in the heads. The oil had not been changed, the ac belt was bad and made a lovely screeching noise, the passenger window would roll down but not up, and the cd player doesnt work, all on top of the leaky head gasket. So the car I bought with "nothing wrong" ended up costing me 30$ for an oil change, 15$ for a new AC belt, 10$ for a new window switch, 80$ for a new cd player, oh yeah and 1800$ for the head gasket! If youre looking for an import car go to any other dealer besides this place, and hopefully you can save yourself from being lied to and save yourself all the repairs they tried to cover up.

We shopped for many used Toyota Prius in our area online before visiting Import Auto Sales to review their postings in person. Sales Manager Max told us they never have salvages or cars with damage in their history on their lot for sale. We took a 2010 Prius in our price range to our mechanic to have it reviewed before making any decisions, and sure enough, Maxs story checked out. The car is in almost perfect shape. Our mechanic agreed that the sticker price was fair for a used vehicle in this condition. We were still able to buy the car a little under the marked price. The financing options at Import Auto Sales (IAS) turned out to be better than the options at my bank, so we financed through IAS. Max was a patient, soft spoken gentleman with a sense of humor. He wasnt your stereotypical car salesman. I got a 2010 Prius in excellent condition for a fair price. Completely good car buying experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE I PURCHASED A TRUCK FROM THIS COMPANY AND I STILL DONT EVEN HAVE THE TITLE YET FROM THEM. THESE PEOPLE LIE, CHEAT, AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED WHATSOEVER. THEY PROMISED ME 2 KEY FOBS AND FLOOR MATS WHILE SIGNING THE PURCHASE AGGREEMENT FOR A $24,000 TRUCK I BOUGHT FROM THEM AND NOW THEY WONT GIVE THEM TO ME. THEY LIED ABOUT THE CARFAX REPORT AND DIDNT SHOW OR PROVIDE ME WITH THE ENTIRE REPORT. THEY DONT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. THEY WERENT HONEST ABOUT THE ACCIDENT HISTORY, I LATER FOUND FRESH PAINTERS TAPE UP IN MY WHEEL WELL AFTER BUYING THE TRUCK, THEYRE SNEAKY AND CHANGED THE NEGOTIATING PRICE WE HAD ORIGINALLY AGGREED UPON, I LATER FOUND MORE BOGUS FEES THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR THAT WERENT NECESSARY, ALL OF WHICH THEY ARE REFUSING TO CHANGE OR CORRECT NOW. IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND/OR EXPERIENCE I RECEIVED AT THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL.

Nowadays its very difficult to buy a decent shaped car from dealership for a reasonable price. Usually you end up having major problems with the car in short period of time. Fortunately, I found Import Auto Sales 3 years ago and bought a Lexus from them. For three years I had no problems with the car at all. I changed oil, tires and a 20$ thermostat - THATS IT. I was able to sell the car for the same price as I bought it three years ago. Last week I purchased 18k car for 15k from Import Auto Sales and completely satisfied with my purchase. I would strongly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for decent shaped car for a reasonable amount of $ to spend.THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY LIFE EASIER AND LETTING THE CAR WORK FOR ME INSTEAD OF ME WORKING TO MAINTAIN THE CAR! 5+
